Similar to my issue with budk.com in fact i purchased items a few days apart. So i placed the order but i receive nothing. Reached out to customer service to check on the item and i also check on the delivery company. As i do this i noticed that the order on the shipping company has the wrong address. So surely trueswords will take ownership of their mistake since my address was correct when i placed the order right? Well i am here writing a review. Their customer support is the same as budk fml. They were kind enough to put both requests into one. I asked for them to send me another. Nope (the shipping company stated that the item was returned to sender) may i have a refund? Nope you have to wait until we get the item back.

I had to reach out to BBB in order for them to refund my money. I never received an apology or even a hint or concern for what happened.
I have purchased items from both budk and true swords without any issues. But the moment you have a problem you are on your own. Do not expect any signs or assistance or concern for your cash. The moment you finalize the order you money is gone whether you get your items or not.
