After building my desk, I received an email notification that my desk was on back order for over two months. I called customer service and spoke to a gentleman named Daniel Freeberg. He was able to find out that only the top was on back order, so he worked with me to find a new top that I was happy with and got my order shipped out the next day! This is what a customer service experience is supposed to look like! Thanks again Daniel!
