I purchased a dress, ordered it in 2 sizes. Kept the one that fit better, and want to return the other. I have to say their return policy is awful. If you start a return online, you will be stuck. Absolutely no changes, and when you call customer service, they tell you they can't do anything once a return is initiated. Absolutely done shopping here, too much of a hassle. A lot better options with easier returns out there.

When a return is processed online, unfortunately these are now done by a third party to help us with processing returns much faster, so we are unable to make changes. However, you can choose to print a shipping label (instead of dropping off your merchandise at a return bar), this will allow us to process your return in-house and make your requested changes to the return process.
