Fantastic website! I buy all my hiking, backpacking, cycling and snow shoeing clothes and gear here as well as a lot of my casual clothes and Jazzercise clothes. Their customer service is fantastic with being very helpful and responsive. They ship quickly and it's free if they ship to the REI closest to you. Returns are free too as you can just take any items ordered off of REI.com back to the store for a full refund. If you join the coop, you get a dividend at the end of the year which is always great! Great selection, great quality, great customer service! I would recommend this website to everyone!

I have ordered from origins.com multiple times and will continue to do so. Their customer service is great as are their products. When I've needed to call with questions, their customer service people are friendly and helpful. They ship the products quickly and it's great to get the free samples of additional products to try. I have ordered from this website multiple times and have always found them very customer friendly. They are helpful with orders, ship quickly (usually overnight!), are fantastic with returns and credit my Visa quickly. The quality is always fantastic as is the communication! I decided I needed trailrunners as backup shoes to my hiking boots a few days before I was to leave for Peru to backpack 26 miles to Machu Picchu. Zappos.com was fantastic about this, shipped me the shoes overnight, and the customer service person then sent me a note with well wishes for a fantastic hike to Machu Picchu! I wish all websites were like Zappos.com! I'd recommend this website to everyone!

I ordered a switchplate cover from this company on 6/13/11 as they have a great selection of switchplates. They charged my Visa on 6/16/11. However, I did not receive my order until the end of 7/11. I e-mailed them on 7/14/11 to ask when I would receive my order and never received a reply. When I called to ask when I would receive my order, I was finally able to reach someone after a couple of calls and they said it would be shipped "soon" (turned out it was shipped 7/25/11). When I received the switchplate, the one I ordered is too dark so it doesn't match my tile. Their exchange policy is confusing as it looks like they charge for everything if they'll take the switchplate cover back at all to exchange. I have left a voicemail and e-mailed 3 times (the last time was tonight) to ask about exchanging it and have yet to receive any reply via telephone or e-mail. This is very frustrating and does not speak well about their customer service. I would like to order more switchplates from them but am very hesitant to do so with the poor communication and slow delivery of their product. This is disappointing as they do have a great selection of switchplates on their website. --Jackie W
