Ordered items that are marked on special and a week later they email to say the items are out of stock and will be two weeks until back in stock. I said yep ok but pls upgrade the shipping as it is their fault there is a delay. They advised I can if I pay the extra $2. Well I then cancelled with them and will never shop again.

For the out of stock order, you can cancel the order or change other items instead if you are not willing to wait. We are not able to upgrade the shipping though you are willing to wait. The updated shipping cost is even higher than the the order value. You need to pay the difference for the upgrade shipping.
