I ordered 5 pieces of clothes in September and got them maybe two weeks later. After trying them on I saw that 2 of them didn't fit me and asked for a return ticket. They answered that they can refund me without getting the clothes back and to just donate the clothes to charity (woo great). After 2 more weeks that I didn't see the refund I spoke with their support, they told me they refunded my card and even sent me an invoice - but in the invoice you can clearly see that it's not my card number. Since then (it's been a month) they refuse to cancel the refund to the wrong card and refund the card I actually paid with. Just a big headache of a website...
