I am a realtor that tried out this company for my marketing. Over the past 6 months I never really was able to see any benefit with outboundengine. I reached out and told them I was not seeing any results and I wanted to cancel. They told me they were going to charge me a large amount of money to cancel. They will put you in a 12-month agreement because they don't stand behind their service. Any company that forces you not to cancel should be a BIG RED FLAG! Don't use them because they only care about your money.

We do ask our customers to sign on for a 12 month term -- not because we don't stand behind our service, which we absolutely do, but because top-of-mind marketing takes time. Our philosophy is based on keeping you in touch with your sphere of influence so that when they are in need of your services, or know someone who is, you're the first person they think of and reach out to.
