I have never dealt with a more inefficient, customer-unfriendly, unprofessional, and all-around terrible company. It is a shame that any company would use this pathetic group to do anything for them. Apparently, the companies that utilize OptumRX are interested in abusing and defrauding their employees. If possible, avoid this company at all cost.
Tip for consumers:
This company exists to make sure employees are harangued into not using their health insurance benefits or into receiving substandard care. They make socialized medicine, as bad as that can be, look like a walk in the park.
