Sent several VHS tapes and super 8 camcorder videos in to be placed on DVD. It was a total waste of money. Half of the DVDs came back with nothing but blue screen. It's like they hit play when converting, walked off, then never looked at the final product. We spent approximately $175 for nothing. We got little notes in our box stating we weren't being charged for the items that couldn't be converted. Never saw that refund.
