I originally told just answer I had already spent many many hours trying to fix my Facebook page that got hacked. The man that attempted to help me merely did the same steps I already had done prior to calling. I was charged $46 from my credit card. I didn't get my problem fixed it was just a complete waist of time. Where was I told of this charge? I only saw a charge for $1.00. I didn't get my issue fixed and certainly should not be charged $36. I want a refund
