Was just contacted today that a Christmas gift I ordered (that was supposed to be delivered tomorrow) is on back order. This is 5 days before Christmas! INFURIATING, to say the least. I'm told this 3 weeks after I ordered it and have been waiting. I don't think I would have ever heard anything had I not emailed them this morning because I haven't received a tracking number yet. Very bad customer service, they don't keep you up to date on your order. They left me in a bind. Getting my refund and never again will I bother with this company!
