Ordered an item over 3 weeks ago and still have not received anything, sent them a number of emails but have had no reply, had to report them to PayPal to try to get my money back... avoid this company or prepare yourself for terrible customer service and loosing your money

For the order 3823025, it was sent out on 4th December.
It usually takes about 7-25 business days(about 30 days) to arrive to UK. Sometimes, it will be delay by customs, logistic and your local post office.
