. I called FactoryOutletstore.com to inquire as to how long it would be to receive a Garmin GPS device which was on backorder. I was transferred to a foreign call center, and was told they could ship the item by the end of this week. I thanked the agent for the information, and was about to hang up when he told me he could place the order over the phone. I indicated I would place it online, and he became defensive and told me it would take another week longer to ship. When I challenged him on why it takes longer to ship for an online order, he became more defensive. I told him "this doesn't make any sense". He immediately transferred my call to some 1-800 number which was for a company called Value Plus, an automated phone number for a Walmart gift card. I will never try to do business with this company again."
