“Failuer to refund money for a failed delivery by USPS.”

I ordered a Norelco Shaver open box and they sent it by USPS with tracking and no insurance, when USPS didn't deliver to the my home address; Customer service couldn't replace the product or refund my money. I was told to put a claim in with the bankcard company for my refund due to non-delivery.

Tip for consumers:
Buyer should make sure of the method of shipping before purchasing.
