I attempted to make a purchase for which I had 3 declined attempts and then one successful attempt after I used paypal instead of the CC chouce on Banggoods site. After they declined the transaction they passed the transaction to the CC company anyway. I now have over $400 of charges for $100 worth of order. I tried to call, tried to chat and was told please let us investigate and we will get back. They didn't. When I made my second attempt to chat this is what happened (below). There is missing conversation of the original question posed in the chat start screen but I think you will get the idea. I should have known better and I definitely should not have tried the transaction again after the first failure and I am understanding that things happen but with the response below... they don't care about anything but your money and you leaving them alone.

Craig: Why would I pay again when I will pay you 4 times for something you are only going to send once?
