Sent the wrong item and had poor resolution option. They require you to drop off wrong item received to UPS and only then will they ship out the correct item to you. Would not even allow to have UPS pick up as an option. They would inconvenience you to spend your time and resources to print out a return slip, drive to UPS on your own free time and drop off an item that was their mistake in the first place. You risk the item you purchased going out of stock if you don't do this in a timely manner. This is not the right way to treat customers.
