I paced my order from Bangood on December 22,2015 for the Hisky Hmx 280. I have been in touch with Bangood customer service since then. My batteries came in a few days ago but no quadcopter. We paid for a faster shipping to recieve the items for a birthday present and still no quadcopter checked tracking number provided from the company and it has no moved since the 4th of January. I was told that the express was having a little delay and to contact them in 3 to 4 days if it has not come in by then. I waited 6 days before contacting them with no quadcopter yet. We own a online business and make purchases from china and all over the country and have never had this type of problem. Its a shame because we were trying this company out to see about making a huge purchase for our online business but if this is how the company and shipping is ran this will be the last purchase we make from this company. Because of false information from the company on shipping and receiving.
