Terrible! Had ordered 2 different items for Christmas gifts, both ordered in what should have been plenty of time... in November. Now it's January 6, and still have not received either item and never heard that items were delayed, etc. Have been in contact with company, told them at this point just to refund my money, and suddenly one of the items is in transit. No longer want it at this point, but too bad. Will never order anything to be intended as a gift, can't depend on this company.
