On April 14th but now I see that you're trying to take $129 out for another two boxes of contacts that I already called and y'all said that it did not go through so that's why I ordered again and got my contacts. Now I am overdraft. Is there a way you can stop processing and put my money back in the bank.
Well I called because I ordered contacts on a Friday and nothing or should I say it said incomplete. So I called Monday and asked if they can check to see if it went through and the girl I forgot her name said I can help you with that order and we went ahead and made a new order. Because the first order said incomplete I'm trying now and I make call tomorrow to talk to someone about putting my money back because y'all overdraft me $105 I need that money put back in my account my phone number *******890 if you would like to talk about it thank you and have a good day
