The delivery of my lenses was prompt and efficient. I placed an order for contacts on Friday and received them on Tuesday, which was impressive for standard shipping. Moreover, I have ordered three times so far and they delivered exactly what I had ordered without any issues or mashups.
I chose CLK years ago because there were no hidden fees or games. Very sorry to see that you've changed you practices to be like everyone else. Disappointed.

Eye doctor was hesitant to release prescription so I could order from Lens King and they worked with my eye doctor to get the correct prescription and send me what I requested.

I called because I have had to wear glasses for months because my contacts have irritated my eyes. Yes I should have called sooner but I have been busy. I was told I was sent a different style contact without being told and they said there is nothing to be done about it. The lady started to get rude when I asked why I wasn't informed of this. Same brand but different style. It's horrible. They did not care even though I am still way within my year of my prescription. Yes they are cheaper but you get what you pay for. Never again

We take pride in the way we serve our customers as we have won multiple awards for our outstanding service. Upon looking into the order in question, I see you placed it in June of 2022. The reason you were sent a different style of contacts from your previous prescription is because the previous brand had been discontinued per the manufacturer. With your Doctor knowing that he prescribed you the replacement lens, which is clearly written on your prescription. I do see on your prescription it is still currently valid however, you only purchased 1 box each eye which is a 6 month supply lasting you till December of 2022. Unfortunately, the lenses do not comply with our return policy as they are medical device we can not resell any boxes that have been open. One of our supervisors will be in contact with you shortly. We do appreciate your business and look forward to serving you in the future.

I don't know how I never heard of this company before. The other guys out there are not bad, but their prices are not always competitive and their shipment and customer service is not good. Based on my previous experiences, Contact Lens King is a game changer: easy to order, lots of brands to choose from, unbeatable prices, lightning fast shipment and excellent customer service. I made a mistake placing my order and they contacted me right away and fixed it for me, they even contacted me to check if I had received my order. I'm impressed, thank you!

Well I did order my contacts and I did receive them. On April 14th but now I see that you're trying to take $129 out for another two boxes of contacts that I already called and y'all said that it did not go through so that's why I ordered again and got my contacts. Now I am overdraft. Is there a way you can stop processing and put my money back in the bank.
Well I called because I ordered contacts on a Friday and nothing or should I say it said incomplete. So I called Monday and asked if they can check to see if it went through and the girl I forgot her name said I can help you with that order and we went ahead and made a new order. Because the first order said incomplete I'm trying now and I make call tomorrow to talk to someone about putting my money back because y'all overdraft me $105 I need that money put back in my account my phone number *******890 if you would like to talk about it thank you and have a good day

I did itsup at top of page/They don't fit all fuzzy when u put them in scratching my eye I've went thru 3 pairs and I got them like 2 weeks.

Customer service replied promptly, but I suggest letting customers know at the momento of purchase if their prescription has expired (not hours later via email).

I've had a great experience w/ this US based company. Competitive pricing & a streamlined online ordering process. The last order I placed in the afternoon (on a Thursday PM) & I had received my shipping confirmation the next morning (Friday PM).

HI Michael. Upon looking into you order history, our records show your order was placed on 7/24 where you asked us to fax the doctor for the prescription verification. Federal Law states we have to give your doctors 8 business hours to respond until we can fill the order as entered online. On 7/25 we were able to process your order however, stated on our website for your product: orders normally ship within 1-2 business days due to us having to order your specialty lens. When you selected expedited shipping, a popup is displayed explaining shipping states when your order is verified and when we have the product in stock. It also explains expedited shipping is for week day delivery only. You are required to click "ok" before moving on to the next screen. We received your product on 7/27 which is the day we shipped out. Your 2 day delivery then started, for week day only, which per tracking shows it was delivered within that time frame on Monday, July 31st.
Contacts have been on backorder the last few times we have ordered, but once in they ship quickly. A little disappointed there is never a "good" discount for recurring customers like the good deals for new customers. That would be a great addition instead of the random 10% off right after you order contacts that will never get used.
