IHerb ordered DHL to destroy my order: value $189cda & then has the audacity to tell me i get no refund
I did ultimately get a refund for this order because i had chain of custody - i could prove through emails that one of their reps told DHL to destroy the order So in this case that rep was at fault not DHL who gave me a hell of a hard time to establish an identity account proof that i was/am what i say i am as the order was shipped out of country. I just placed another order with swanson's who uses DHL also, so hope i have better luck this time
Tip for consumers:
here's my update - after cool headed polite persistence & lots of documentation I did get a refund from Iherb so if u can prove your case & maintain a nice demeanor it works ( as with most things in life - its all about the attitude)
