I ordered a handbag on 20 July 2015, it is now 24 Aug 2015. I was informed item was out of stock and given three options, one of which was a partial refund! Why only partial refund? I raised this with Paypal and will be taking the matter further with them if item not received by 26 Aug. Thankfully the amount involved is under twenty pounds but it is still an amount I can't afford to lose. Needless to say despite their excellent offers I will not be using them again.
