I have had several bad experiences with this supplier. Recently I purchased a cover for my computer tablet. It arrived damaged as it was pathetically packaged. My several requests for a refund were met with offers of points or a refund for 15% of the purchase price. I note I did pay for transit insurance on the item.
They are a joke! I accept they do sell some reasonable product; but there customer service is "ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC"
UPDATE - after 6 emails and wasting a lot of time, I did receive a refund for the damaged goods I received. I have NOT changed my opinion that there Customer Service is absolutely pathetic.
