I requested an answer a few months back. Excellent response from the professional. However, Customer service is some outsourced garbage. I noticed reoccurring charges to my bank account from just answer. Using their online chat I wanted to end the charges. This was the professional customer service behavior:

Ended? You just hung up on me after that? How about finish up by helping me stop the charges pos.
I will no longer use just answer for any further services.
