I ordered a drift car, a battery, and 4 wheels.
I received wheels but the package returned because of a Postnord delivery problem.
Banggood refunded my money. Then I ordered the same products again in July 20.
The estimated delivery date was 14 August and 2 Sept.
I noticed that the package was in Germany and said " It is waiting to be picked up by the local post".
But it has stucked in Germany. When I contacted customer service, they said that they had refunded the order.
And couldn't give me any clear reason why they couldn't deliver the packet.
By the way, I received another 4 wheels of the drift car.
Just now I had 8 wheels without the drift car. The customer service offered me 200 points for the compensation.
My first time shopping via Banggood was terrible.
