Ordered custom wedding invitations and was extremely pleased! They offered several examples of wording and we were able to create something that was totally "us"! They were exactly as I had hoped... even better! And FAST! We received them VERY quickly! No complaints! Very pleased customer!

I ordered napkins and note pads for my wedding. They were both gorgeous! I loved them! The order was FAST too! I was surprised how quickly it was received. No problems at all! Price was reasonable... maybe not the cheapest but they had a better selection.

Looked high and low for a specific pair of cufflinks. I found several items that were similar looking but cufflinksman.com had the highest quality. Good price too! AND the order was FAST! Came in a nice jewelry box. Good communication, fast service, A+ quality = Very pleased customer!

I wanted some personalized pens and was quite happy about the selection and the price. I was very happy with the product! More communication would have given them a 4 star though. I like to know when to expect the items! I had to hound them about the order. I placed the order on the 3rd of the month and had to email them to ask where's my order on the 22nd! They had shipped already and sent me a tracking code at that time. It was to arrive on the 25th. It did arrive by then. I liked them... their selection, price and website... but communication is so important. I hate wondering! And it took a little long to receive the items. Ordered on the 3rd, received on the 25th? I should rate them 2.5 stars for that!

This webiste... along with many other bridal websites seems to be something like a broker for items. You THINK you are buying the product from them but really, you are buying from another company/website. My order took FOREVER to ship! And communication was terrible. After my order was placed, I received a confirmation email. After that... I waited and waited! After one week, I emailed them to give me info on the status! They said my order would ship the next day. Another 3 days went by. I emailed again. They ignored me for three more then said my order had shipped that day. I received a UPS confirm number but UPS hadn't really picked up the box yet. Oh geez! REALLY? The items i received were nice but for wedding stuff, less stress is best!
