Before my current job I worked retail for 10 years. I get it. So it takes a lot to get me to write a terrible review for a retailer. So if you see that I wrote one... its a red alert... that retailer is horrible.

I was shocked to come on here and see such bad reviews for this site. I have been ordering from here for a couple years now and I have never been unhappy with anything that I received. 3 years ago I ordered my first thing for my mom's surprise 60th and today I just ordered more cocktail napkins for my wedding. And a lot more in between that. I have never had to deal with the customer service so I can't comment on that. I do see a lot of people complaining about the color and how it looks, since I have never had that problem I'm going to maybe think that is user error or I'm just amazing at making sure my design is on point lol. Anyway, I don't have anything bad to say about this site, I just wish that they had more items.

So I made a big no no. I ordered from here before I read the reviews on this site. Maybe a good thing because if I would have, I never would have ordered. Most reviews I read stated that they ordered and received a confirmed order email but never received the clothes they ordered. Some went as far to say that they got a email saying that the clothing was on the way but then they would later be told that it was out of stock or that they couldn't find the package. So after I read the reviews I was in fear but also ready to share my bad story with the rest of you all. I received a email the night of my order (April 27th 9:31pm) I received a email saying that my order shipped the next day (April 28th 4:48pm) Got off of work yesterday (April 30th) and the package was here! I couldn't believe it! Shocked. I'm not sure if they got it together after so many horrible reviews, but I'm pretty sure that is the fastest delivery (outside of Amazon prime) that I have ever received. I only give 4 stars because the clothes were just ok. Not horrible quality but not the greatest. I will use the site again... maybe only buy when there is a sale.

I have ordered from this site a couple times. Never had a problem with getting the items on time or with the product sent. Never returned anything. Its a trust worthy site.

The customer service. Long story short I paid for rush shipping and it wasn't rushed. Talked to a very rude lady that didn't seem to care. They refunded me the amount for the rush shipping but the attitude was so bad. Other than that one time I have always loved everything I have ever ordered from there. Just hope I never have to deal with the customer service again.

Back in September I threw my mom a surprise 60th. Being out of my mind I decided that I didn't' want to use the venues white table cloth but I had to have purple. Found them online and ordered not only 16 round table clothes but 50 cloth napkins. Less that a week before the party I remembered that I was doing a head table and placed a last minute order. There was no kind of rush shipping to get it there. I quickly emailed them to see if there was anything I could do. The lady I spoke to was so helpful and kind and she made it happen. I got everything I needed from them in plenty of time for the party. I will be using them for my wedding... no doubt in my mind. They have earned a customer.

I have never had a problem with this site and ordering. Typically things come a lot earlier than I expect from one of these sites. I stopped ordering from all the other "over seas" sites because this one has yet to disappoint. I'm not saying that everything I order I love, with these sites you get what you pay for. I happy with it enough to check back every now and then. I would recommend this site over all of the other sites like this.

Tip for consumers:
remember you get what you pay for but at least this site sends you what you pay for.

I ordered 2 dress in Jan 2015. That's right 2015. I never received the dresses. After 6 months of never getting them and the fact that what I wanted to wear them for had passed, I wrote a pretty angry email telling them that I just want my money back. No response. And still over a year later no dresses. Keep in mind the order came to $35 bucks. But thats not the point. The point is I got ripped off. This is the only site that I have order from where I had this problem but it put a bad taste in my mouth with ordering from these types of sites.

Tip for consumers:
just don't do it.

I agree with some reviewers that the clothes are not worth the cost... but its not that bad. I typically wait until things go on sale to buy now. I'm happy with a lot of the items that I have bought there. I have not tried to return anything and see that is where a lot of people are giving 1 star for the customer service. Its not like I will recommend this site but I will say a lot of people are more mad about the customer service than the clothes.

Everyone I have ever talked to was rude. They over charge on shipment. I haven't ordered much but some of it is not of great quality. I'm almost done paying off the balance and I think I will be done with this site.

Being tall, I'm a big fan of their clothes! I have never had a problem with anything that I have ordered. I mostly order dress pants and long dresses and jeans. Keep in mind I have never had to return anything so I have never had to deal with the customer service. So far, I'm a happy woman.
