There has been now 8 times I dont receive what I bought. Looks like at combined shipping center someone is changing items. It is so difficult and tricky to iniciate a dispute, I have provided video proof before opening the package and in front of the camera opening package to show inside box, Items are not what I boght. Even though dispute center does not want to REFUND money. You Can provide enough evidence photos, videos etc and they wont accepted asking always for more proof. It is a FRAUD! Besides when you open a dispute, options are so tricky. Then in history dispute process some times they change reasons of dispute. If you buy many different items from one Seller you have to open a dispute for every one item, It is so tedius, difficult, tricky options, everything made for not refunded money. For example one of the options they offer is "REFUND $0" so you have to reject REFUND because is $0. And then history shows you didnt agree a REFUND. Stuff like that.
AWFUL WEB SITE! It is a shame, so sorry for most of sellers because problem is the logístic shipping center. You try to get HELP and when you finally get in touch with some HUMAN! No body Can HELP, they always listen but do not help. So dissapointed in every ways. DONT BUY ANYTHING AT ALIEXPRESS.
