Another example of exeptional customer service! I did recieve few pieces damaged due to shipping from US to Canada, BUT EVERY time the issue was resolved immediately and successfully leaving me a happy customer.
Their section is to die for! And even with shipping and border fees still cheaper to buy from wayfair.com than any less original furniture in Canada. Despite few shipping hiccups I had with my orders I still go back and would highly recommend!
Amazingly fast, reliable shipping and service. Products are always as advertised and arrive in mint condition. If I could buy everything thru shop.ca I would. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Do not waste your money! Every time I ordered from the website I had problems. And just now experienced live the worst customer service I have received ever even compared to some European countries I have been to.
I live in Vancouver, Spa Boutique is in Vancouver yet the orders never get shipped until you escalate to the management. YOU WILL wait forever then they will screw it up and if you even dare to go to the store beware of unprofessional, condescending and snobby high school drop outs or beauty specialists.
