I agreed to the monthly fee. The response I recieved was minimal but enough for me to know I needed additional legal help locally. Bit pricey to find that out but I did agree.
However they bill you monthly. I cancelled this the day I recieved my answer.
They kept billing me. Customer service was less than helpful. You really have to dig to get a phone number. I got one once I asked in their chat box.
Customer service claimed there was nothing they could do so I ended up play three times what I should have.
Just be very careful about engaging with them. It could cost you and there are better legal options available.
