I placed an order for custom boxer briefs for my boyfriend on January 19,2021 and my card was charged immediately but I still have received no confirmation email, no tracking information, and cannot contact ANYONE for customer service help. Unbelievably disappointed and disgusted with this type of service. 10/10 would NEVER recommend people who scam others, especially in a Pandemic.
