The customer service within this business is awful. We purchased an award that we had won. They mispelled our practice's name. I called DemandForce to see about getting it corrected. I spoke to Manuel. This kid was not helpful or willing to be helpful. He told me that there was nothing that could be done and then just laughed. I asked to speak with our rep and he refused to give me her phone number to call. This company won't last too much longer with the failing reviews and lack of customer help!
