The support does not even communicate in a dialogue with you. It works like this:
1. You send a support ticket
2. They answer you
-CLOSED.
They always close the case after the first answer and say that you have to check your data or don't answer your ticket question at all but instead write a copy paste text. I am so disappointed!
I think they purposely allow glitch hackers, speed hackers, wall hackers, and many other forms of hackers into the game in order to earn more revues from taking advantage of young consumers to purchase more z8 points, in order to try to fend of thier opponents that are hackers... as a fom of more armour and purchasing better weapons that have no effect during combat against these hackers... my two sons have spent over $1,200.00 each in this game and from the start the site has had hackers. Just recently my sons account was hacked into and some guns he had purchased were in fact sold off... a value of $800.00 cash alone.
Closing tickets instantly not resolving issues
Dont spend a penny on this company they cant even assist you to change your email if you lost access to it
They simply close the ticket im so livid right now i spent 2000+ $$ on this game and i cant even have decent support when i need it.

I've been playing CF for a decade, absolutely love the game. The best low end, low storage FPS game especially with the upgraded graphics. The Chinese version is great but CF West is kind of trash, they copy the updates from Chinese version so updates are usually late, so if you want to know what new weapons are coming just read the news on Chinese version. Overall, still the best FPS I ever played. Only downside is the trash customer support, they don't care about customers at all, they just sit there and get payed to play games, I've sent loads of tickets either to help with gaming experience or report hacks, or just technical issues, and every time I just receive automated messages like they don't care at all. Might as well just pay me to do their job, pretty sure I have helped a lot more customers than they ever did with technical issues.
Overall great game recommended but don't expect help from support. Keep all your info to yourself and don't share them keep a copy of your game info, creating date, and first payment to the game it'll help in the long run. Messed up my first account because I don't have those info.
Z8games is the publisher for Crossfire. Excellent game. Absolutely love it. Definitely you should try it out.
They lazy af, all they do is make money and careless for the costumers. When an issue or problem appears, they hide like rats!
