I ordered a bunch of stuff for my kids on wanelo. They emailed me to verify my credit card info after like 10 other purchases. There was no suspicious activity reported. They just decided to cancel 12 of my orders for over $250 and of course I've seem none of the money back and have no way to get a hold of anybody. It's ridiculous. I'm very upset. Plus they erased all the canceled orders off my account so now I'm not sure what I had ordered so I couldn't reorder it if I wanted.
My first 2 orders were good but my 3rd item a long maxi dress came and was a shirt that was hideous ( I ordered a dress). I have 2 more orders and I am scared for what will come since it was Hello Styles. Boo !
not to toot my own horn but, I'm a loyal and frequent flyer But because I can't even browse through the merchandise without having an add for their app shoved in my face and in the way of what I'm trying to see I will purchase what I want elsewhere. If I can't, then I will make it myself. Truth is, I'm lazy as well as busy, would rather buy it, but don't want your app.

Im litteraly in love with wanelo, its easy to work with, layout is great, there's so much cool stuff etc,etc.
There's one thing though. I live in Denmark, and even though the individual shops on wanelo does, the site doesn't ship outside the us, which for me (and my guess many others) is really frustating.
So please wanelo widden your range and ship to europe and the rest of the world!
This seems to be a regular occurrence with this company. I never redirected my order. The package was deemed "undeliverable" and sent back to the company. After a long chain of very unhelpful emails, I still don't have my purchase or a refund.
This is the most unprofessional online company I have ever dealt with! I can only hope this issue will be resolved. I regret ever using it and will never user it again!
Honestly, I'm writing this with the hopes that someone from Wanelo will see this and actually help me with my order. I ordered an "Oversized Mystery Sweater" from a place called DirtySouthVintage on Wanelo, and it cost me 25$ (of which $10 was towards shipping). It took a month for me to get the sweater in the first place, and when I got it they gave me a super small sweater when I specifically asked for an XL because I wanted it very oversized, and also I'm 5'9". I returned it for an exchange because the store said that was alright, and now it has been another month and no one from both Wanelo or the store is getting back to my e-mails. I was still charged 25$ and have nothing to show for it. At this point I just want my money back and to move on with my life.
I'm never ordering from Wanelo again, and I advise anyone reading this not to as well!!
I had a recent issue, with not being able to track my package. The website wouldn't work for me. When I reached out to Wanelo, the analyst was FANTASTIC!!! The analyst made me feel as if I was the most important customer he had. Although he could have easily told me where my package was at that moment and then closed my issue out, he did not do this. Instead, he gave me an update, told me that he was going to keep my case open until he had confirmation from me that I had received it and also offered to track it on any other day I would like.
Service like this is hard to come by these days. This analyst went above and beyond my expectations and I'm forever grateful. I will continue to use Wanelo from now on!!! I've ordered 3 different things. I get them in a timely manner and I've had zero issues. Best site ever and greatest customer service experience I have had in a very long time!!!
I should have known better, but I loved the dress so much i bought it. 15 days to get here, and I receive a dress that is ten sizes too small with no tags. It fits my 13 year old who is a size two, I ordered a large size 12. This is intentional, bag read lrg, no U.S. company would do this. Sure mistakes happen, but garments have tags on them with the size. What i got does not, hmm coincidence? Nope. I like Wanelo to browse, but I wont buy clothes through that site again. If they allow scam shops to sell in their name, what does that make them? SCAM
Not sure why Wanelo is getting such high ratings. Most of what I've read is bad. Have to wonder it the high ratings are coming from ghost writers at the site itself!
After checking the return policy that stated W&E Dress company would take back dresses with tags and unworn, I ordered "evening/$#*!tail" dresses for my daughter. Let's just say a 90 year old blind man could sew something better. 3 dresses came in a grey bag that was 12x12. I've never seen anything so poorly made. Picture the worst costume you've ever bought times 10. And shame on ITunes for selling the app when they know full well what's really going on.
Tip for consumers: My tip for women interested in buying nice dresses is to spend a little more and go to a dress shop or make sure it's a well know store like Windsor. And ALWAYS READ THE RETURN POLICY.Ask diana about Wanelo
I ordered a dress from Wanelo. Lace, backless, short. When I received it, it looked like aone year old made it. It was very cheaply made. Did not look anything like the picture. The picture, the dress was black and short. The dress I received was blue and long. I ordered a size XS and received a size, I don't even know. Each part to the dress had a different size. From XS to XL, from a small bust to a super huge behind.
Stop trying To force people to download your app, and fire all the marketing agents that you have!! I was a potential new customer, but couldn't even view what I wanted to purchased because the app advertisement was taking up half the page!! It's obnoxious and drove me away immediately.... I wish I could have bought the lamp that I wanted, but your advertisement wouldn't even let me fully view it. Every site tries to promote their apps, but this is the most obnoxious thing i have ever seen. And I will not be buying anything from here because of it... I can only see the top half of all your items!!!
I had ordered a few items from Wanelo, NONE of them fit. The size described on the website was not accurate at all. I tried to return the items and never heard back from anyone. I'm extremely unsatisfied and DONT recommend this website to anyone. It's a huge waste of money. I will not order from Wanelo ever again.
For this dress, I bought a Large, which fit just right. The material is fine underneath, but on the top, it is very itchy on the Sleeve's. It's not what I was imagining, but it was manageable. :)

I ordered one item that never arrived. Had the wring tracking number. I have been contacting them for 7 weeks and Wanelo does not respond. I ordered a second item just two weeks after the first. It is the wrong size and now I cannot get anyone to respond regarding a return. There was no paperwork in the package so I cannot just send it back.
I had previously ordered items and received them on time. The first time I have the smallest issue they do not reply to my requests to locate the item or for the return information. NEVER order for here. Whether or not you get your item seems to be a total gamble.
Lots of really cute stuff, much of which is affordable! It helped me to cultivate my own personal style bc I wasn't really sure what my style was but after a few months of using this app I developed a pretty strong since of the clothes that I liked and the clothes that I didn't like which is kinda cool
I love Wanelo! My only complaint is that recently when I was organizing everything and separating my Epic Wishlist into more specific collections, I wasn't able to select more than one product at a time to move into a different collection. So I would have to hold the product, select 'move' and move it into the collection I wanted it in every single time, and it got very tedious. I'd love if there was an option to select a bunch of products at once to move into a different collection, it'd be super helpful!
I have a small business that Wanelo helped me triple my business on. Since all the changes with Etsy and Wanelo my sales have really dropped. I have 6 children and rely on this income. I would like to see things go back to the way they were.
I use it almost constantly! I make stories all the time and it really is just so fun. Also, I ordered a pair of sunglasses their and the site tracked it for me. It came exactly when it was supposed to. I love using it for multi-store wishlists, and shopping from the wanelo-fulfilled sites (where you can also get free shipping). It's really great!
