Ordered a part for Lamborghini. Arrived in 2 days! From overseas. From Europe to washington. That's like 5000 miles away. I thought it would take months. TNT employees good job
An order from the UK was sent to Madinah through Jeddah Airport, but it was held up due to authorization required in Saudi customs. However, we did what we needed to do right away, so it will be fixed as soon as possible. But you will be disappointed with how TNT, FEDEX, and Sabexpress handle urgent matters, though they are in the same company. 1) It's hard to get in touch with them because their landline number doesn't work when you are calling from other countries. 2) When you call their customer service, they'll make you feel like they don't care. 3) When plans are communicated via email, a response time of one day or longer than six hours is anticipated. 4) They are also sending back and forth messages to their own team, which can be fixed with just one call. 5) This company does not deal with urgent matters. If your package is going to be handled by TNT or FEDEX, it is very stressful. There is a lack of simplification in internal processes. I am extremely dissatisfied!
This was not the first time it happened, and it's badly affecting our business...the last time it took almost a month for my courier to arrived.
This time.i really have no.clue how they handle my courier how did it reached Austarlia.when the address is crystal clear as Dubai united Arab Emirates, until now I have not receive my courier.and that is extremely important to receive on 25th Feb. Thats why we selected express and paid more. They collected the courier on 22nd Feb.in China.
Till date I'm left with.no clue where has my courier gone.

I was expected to receive my parcel on 13/01/2024 in the relay point, the relay point open at 10:30AM but the delivery man passed at 08:00 and said the relay point is closed, they just postponed the delivery to monday, they don't care about the delay

Paid for Express delivery. They delayed for 1 day. Been waiting since 10am.and got a text message asked to pickup from local pickup location.
They care nothing at all, even its an expensive item and paid for Express delivery.

Incomprehensible how this company is still in business. On a Tuesday I paid Sfr 85 for express delivery from Geneva to Munich. It's now Saturday and my parcel just left Cologne.
Tracking my parcel I see it has been to Basel, Paris and Cologne. So much for speed and reducing emissions … I will make sure never to use TNT by always asking who the merchants use for deliveries. If it's TNT - cancel the order! Or demand they use another courrier.
I would like to express my disappointment with this company. They charge you for a 5-star service and give you a 1-star service.
My delivery should have arrived on 19 December. I received an update that it was out for delivery, then an update that the address was missing some info. I got in touch via chat, gave them all the information, doorbell, flat, floor, gate access code and was told that if there were any problems they should call me and I'd come down so as not to miss the delivery, because when you pay for a fast delivery service you don't want to miss it. Today they updated it again, with a lack of information again, and they had absolutely everything. I got in touch with the chat team who didn't know anything about my contact from the day before, they asked me to come into the chat after an hour and give them the reference number *******, after an hour I did this and the person had no idea what I was talking about, seriously, this doesn't sound like a serious company that takes its customers' problems seriously and seeks solutions. I then left the chat and rang, and a friendly attendant told me that she did indeed have the information from the previous day and that she didn't understand why they hadn't delivered, saying that it was their fault for not accessing the information and that another attempt would be made today.
So once again I didn't leave the house for the second day in a row waiting for the very difficult delivery, to my surprise I receive an email saying that they came in the morning but nobody was home? Sorry? I've been up since 7am waiting for this and they don't have the nerve to say that as a new excuse? But the worst thing is that the email says they will deliver it tomorrow... If with all the data and me waiting at home they didn't deliver it today, tomorrow will be a new excuse! I've asked them by chat, call and email to give me the chance to go to their depot to pick it up as I have a flight on Saturday and it's the Christmas holidays so it's difficult. I've been completely ignored. I believe that because I'm in the historic centre, which is a difficult place to park, they just ignore me and throw any excuse into their system. They had all the information they needed to make this delivery to me today.
In short:
-The company doesn't seek solutions to problems
-The delivery man can change his excuses for not having delivered to an excuse that suits him better
-They don't exchange information with each other and at every contact you have to explain everything and they still don't know what you're talking about They are incapable of solving your problem and when you find a solution they ignore you.
-Every time you contact them, they ask for 1 hour to resolve your problem and they don't solve anything.
-Just like other famous services that update you on the day and time of delivery, they don't update you with anything.
I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy.

I am on the phone with a lady called Jyoti today and she took over 20 mins to even get me correct status of my shipment. Not sure what makes them commendable. To us, they are our worst experience. Gautam Nadikeri is their contact guy. Never calls back, never writes back, cannot update status. Not doing business with TNT...EVER as in EVER. This is our shipment no btw *******. Just in case someone is bothered to even find out what went wrong.

Useless company. Avoid at all costs! I've scheduled the collection and then failed to collect my parcel twice in a row day by day saying "company closed" when it's a residential address. Customer Service doesn't care and it's a bloody ping-pong with them. Never ever again. They are worse than Evri and Yodel.

Phoned me asking if I'm waiting on a parcel and then asked lots of personal info so obviously I hung up and phoned customer services well 9 calls I made and each time I was fobbed off and even hung up on twice I needed to know if it was them. Disgusting service still haven't a clue and still no parcel. They literally told me my custom won't effect them if I take it else where so that's what I will do. I might only spend 100 quid a week but al spend it with a better company. Thanks for nothing tnt fed ex whatever

Horrible service. Tasked to deliver a 500£+ package they never bother informing the customer that they have arrived. Just left a re-delivery slip for a week later. Called them and the rude lady just said they do not offer a service of informing their customer that they're here! Their emails are automatically flagged as spam by google, but, who in the world sends a delivery confirmation with broken images at 4am!
Pleeaaaase improve your collecting services. Other than that I have no other complaints. So far an ok service.

The service is rubbish all three times they never pressed my buzzer I was waiting in for then all day and one of the times they went to wrong address. Never called me even though they had my number. Customer service just as bad. I even posted labels on doors to show them my door why the passport office chooses to use this company is a question? Bad bad service no help whatsoever and then ti be told not to be upset really? I am due to go on holiday in three weeks if I reschedule it again and they do the same they automatically send back to passport office

We have a regular Driver Ron who delivers around the Artarmon 2064 Nsw area always makes rude insulting remarks. Have complained a few times to no avail. Tnt or Fedex have lost quiet a bit of business because of this person as we are using different couriers. No problems with other couriers who are always courteous.
Tnt is truly a very unprofessional and unreliable company. They do not serve but the easiest to reach addresses, the rest they give it to other affiliates to transfer! They make a mess with deliveries. The hours they serve are completely unfavourable for customers who have a job to do, because they need to stay at home during working hours in order to wait for TnT! Plus, I have received an utterly destroyed package, which had been opened and broken! It's an utter disgrace of a company!
I'm still waiting for a parcel from the UK. On 18/02 TNT requested contact details of the receiver, those were provided immediately to the customer service in UK and Spain, but TNT seems to not pass them to the relevant department. Nobody contacted me, TNT is attempting to return the parcel even if they should have all the details, after 11 days of contacting them daily no solution has been provided, and the parcel is still undelivered. Avoid them if you can as it is not the only issue that I had but the worst so far.
Worst company, they lie and lie and you can't get your mail, I have called them several times after an hour or more, they hang up the phone three weeks I can see that my mail is in Malmö but they don't deliver and they says that there was no one at home even though I have been home with three other people, therefore I never recommend TNT to pick up your mail

It is a dead end! They didn't collect the document and it showed as collected in tracking.
I claimed but not managed to access the claim details due to website error. Anyway the compensation is not enough as the document doesn't have any commercial value but it is important for the business. There were several no shows before however managed to cancel and get refund. They used to have chat but not any more so no way to contact them. I will never use them again.

Pathetic effort for an interstate delivery. I was told that overnight service gives no guarantee of overnight delivery - it can take 2 days - but over a week is ridiculous. Then I was told the receiver was not home - but it was a business with staff on site. They had phone contact details, but the driver has no company phone, so just return to the depot without contact.
I tried the same delivery with startrack standard service and it was delivered in 36 hours
Worst service EVER. Every single time my company has to use their services they messed up! I don't understand how a company can even survive in the market with such a terrible service.

It is so obvious that this is a rubbish delivery service. We saw the driver stop in front of the drive take photo and drive off with message that no one was at home.
They then altered the re-delivery date they we requested to one that they preferred, but we were working.
It is a shame that UK govt is fine for passports to be delivered by this useless company.
