2) When you call their customer service, they'll make you feel like they don't care.
3) When plans are communicated via email, a response time of one day or longer than six hours is anticipated.
4) They are also sending back and forth messages to their own team, which can be fixed with just one call.
5) This company does not deal with urgent matters.
If your package is going to be handled by TNT or FEDEX, it is very stressful. There is a lack of simplification in internal processes. I am extremely dissatisfied!
