I have lots of problems with this company. 1/ They didn't finish my dress till I emailed them 3 times to ask them to hurry, took 22 days to finish. Dress came 2.5 days before my wedding day. 2/ Name of the dress is half sleeve, I gave them measurement for half sleeve. But I also noticed they asked for arm length measurement in their own measuring guide below the dress info. So I gave them the arm length measurement as well. They made it long sleeve for me! I never asked them to change it to long sleeve. And they blamed it on me. They said I gave them the arm length so they thought I wanted long sleeve. If I wanted long sleeve, I would state that in my message. I DID give them half sleeve measurement. They did things on their own and they said it's because of me. 3/ The hip is way too small for me. Their measuring guide says "Hip is about 7 inches below the natural waist line". But it's not the widest part of my hips. They shouldn't say it's 7 inches below the waist line because it is NOT. I couldn't wear it. I couldn't get it altered either because the lace surrounding the dress does not have big enough extra margin to expand. So I had to rush out and bought another dress in a store to replace this one. Their customer service is really bad. I had to email them many times about my dress and waited 3 days for a response. Their online chat is even worse. After only 3 questions the customer service rep asked me to email him although I had urgent issue that needed to talk with them right away. Now I'm on my honey moon but I still have to email them for a refund because I couldn't use that dress at all. I opened a dispute on their website and they asked me to email their other email address with pictures. I already did that and they got back to me saying I should check the hip size of my dress again, without any mention about a refund. Why do I need to measure the hips again? It's obvious that the dress is too small for me, and my wedding day also passed. They don't want to fix any problem, and they don't want to give customers a refund if something goes wrong. Their price is not cheap either. My friends recommended other websites which they already ordered from but I chose this one because they had clear pictures. I thought they would be a responsible company. But they are not. Everything they do is every slow and unprofessional. Be careful when buying from this company if you don't want to waste your time for the hassle they create.

They are a bunch of rip offs, charge so much money for a dress not even sewn properly. There were so many imperfections on the dress I could hardly count, threads were hanging ever where. They are not will to give back refunds either. Wish I had read the reviews before buying.

It will be not wrong to say that tidebuy.com is the best site to shop online. It is offering not only dresses, but also sandals, bed-sheets and numerous other things that can attract you. You can find every sort of dress for your own choice i.e. either you are looking for a formal dress or to wear on events. A valuable thing about this site is that it keeps offering discounts and promotions on new things. This site is just fabulous one!

Simona C. I ordered a dress and they send me a different one in a different size.
So i asked for a refound, but they only proposed me to buy another one with a big discount .
So i choosed a new dress and they offered me a 20 dollars discount.
Anyway the most incredible i think is that if i tried to write to them again they keep on answering with the last same mail of 20 € of discount.
I lost 280 dollars, and tidebuy has been a really bad experience!

I Ordered two gowns from Tidebuy. both arrived with faults which were not taken care of or acknowledged by the company at all. the first gown had a minor fault which i would have easily overlooked except that the company's treatment of my inquiry brings me here to write this review, on the second gown i never received any reply to my emails to their service line, the fault was that they had sent me a completely different colour dress than what i had ordered. the issue was never acknowledged and the emails were never replied to.

I had a wonderful experience with tidebuy. Day dresses are my favorite ones, and the layout looks like a paper magazine. When I saw it, I knew it was one of kind. I love their fast delivery too. I highly recommend this store. Thank you guys for a wonderful job.

I have ordered dresses, skirts and proms from there and every time I shop at tide buy I always get the best from tidebuy.com they also ensure that what you ordered for reach your desired destination with no delay. Customers staff always act immediately when contacted and also the exactly item you had ordered for reaches you and above their pricing is really promising.

My husband was going on a series of business trips about a week ago and he wanted me to accompany him. Since we would be doing quite a number of business dinners, I wanted to be sure that I had enough evening wear for the one week I would be traveling with him. Being the early bird, I logged onto tidebuy and ordered the best evening dresses i could find. That was a couple of months before. However when they arrived I had lost some weight and the dresses did not fit as well. When I called the store with this information, they were very helpful. They offered me either a refund as soon as I returned the clothes or a new size of clothes. Pleasantly surprised I chose the latter and I was happy with the choice of shopping on the site.

I ordered a dress from tidebuy about a month ago, then the next day i staarted reading reviews posted here and i became worried that i have lost my money. Ihad completely forgotten about it when i received my letters their was a package and the dress in it. Its just what i had ordered and it looks good on me. Not the low quality dresses one would think, very nice fabric. I emailed company to tell them my dress has been delivered.

i'm so aggrivated i can't even see straight. i left a review on their website and of course it was never published. customers never see real reviews of purchases because this company has no integrity. fit was amazingly off (there was a huge gather of material that made a pooch over the stomach area. NOT a dress design as i was told for one of the excuses for the defect. the lining and the fabric were sewn differently causing that effect.) i sent pictures. then i got the run around. nothing was ever done

If anyone's ever considered buying from an international reseller called "Tidebuy", I warn you to avoid this company. There's no customer service and the web site is really fishy (erratic reloads, timers, and questionable in nature and grammar). I bought a dress from them, thinking the reviews were positive and legitimate. Everyone had something nice to say. When I received the dress, it was not only incorrectly designed, it was poorly made. I've asked for a refund as well as coverage for the shipping and handling (which they even claimed not to charge on this particular dress) and it's been several weeks since my first email was sent. Weeks later, no reply. I sent out more emails today, using every method of contact possible, even going through PayPal as an intermediary. Still no effort. I've been scammed. Tidebuy.com = bad news and bad luck. Not sure what I'm going to do with the dress. BTW, it was supposed to be my wedding dress.

jan b. Be careful not to exceed the 45 days paypal time limit ind which you can claim your money back. After that you are simply at their mercy, means no refund.

"I'm sorry to hear that you are not happy with the dress. I saw the picture. The dress is really beautiful and the same as picture. Don't you think the dress will be looking awkard if the shoulder sash is crossed the back to the other side?
It's much better if the dress is looking like the way it is now.

You know we really want to make you satisfied.

So, not only does she make something up in the email and say the dress looks the same (the pictures (PLURAL) prove otherwise), she goes back on what she says and admits the new design is better-looking and that I should consider being happy with it. If I'd wanted the dress designed the way it was sent to me, this would not be an issue!

Ignore all 5 stars reviews. Tidebuy.com is a scam. My sister bought a wedding dress..the dress is different than the picture they show, very low quality and the chest area is VERY big. We tried to contact them,,but they refuse to give us the refund. Totally fake and scam...DO NOT BUY FROM THEM..

I like this site because it offers the user a wide variety of dresses to choose from. When i was buying a dress i had in my mind decided was going to order one of those mew 2013 dresses, but when i went through their day dresses and maxi dresses i had changed my mind. I even included a celebrity wig.Their affordable price made me get all these stuff at one, now waiting for the delivery. Can i track my order?

I was unfortunately naive enough to not read up on tidebuy before I bought a dress off of it. Thankfully I read reviews today and cancelled my order as soon as I could. Hopefully they figure it out and cancel the order before they "tailor" my dress. I'd rather spend $200 on a dress that I'm sure of than $100 on a dress that would probably be the equivalent of a burlap sack.

ordered some lingerie from there, they were ok, took a little time to arrive, about a month and a half but they were ok!!

Order a dress for prom. Dress never even shipped prior to the dance. I sent message, after message. I kept receiveing an "automated reply" with the same message saying; your order is being processed, please don't worry! When I tried to call the company...The phone number was disconnected!!! When I filed a dispute and asked for a refund, the screen to open a dispute kept erasing my message and blanking out. Took me 15 tries before it went through...Then it never even showed up in the system. This company is a JOKE, if its even real! Now, I am going to file a FRAUD CLAIM with my credit card company. What a NIGHTMARE!!!! DON"T EVEN THINK ABOUT TAKING A CHANCE WITH THIS COMPANY.....SERIOUSLY!!!!

Same story as everyone else's: Dress doesn't fit, quality is poor, they won't refund it. Very poor customer service. Do NOT buy from this company, or ANY OTHER COMPANY who has reviews like these! DO READ reviews BEFORE buying! (I am telling myself that! Trying to learn from my mistakes!

DO NOT BUY! I'm serious, I read some good reviews and ignored the bad ones, thought I might be lucky! Well, no! And you will probably be in the same situation if you don't listen. I bought a dress for a wedding party that was size M and I specifically read the measurements for this size, and based on what they show, it should fit. But it didn't, too small in the back, plus the dress that cost over $200 (not cheap I would say) looked terrible, very disproportional, "goofy" quite, not like pictured. Of course they said it's not their fault and they don't refund anything if it's not their mistake. Even if their refund policy states "if there is a quality issue", I'm not sure what they understand by "quality issue". I still have a suborder processing that I have requested to be cancelled, but I am sure they will not do it. Of course their dispute page does not work...so convenient. I opened a dispute with Paypal and next I will open one with my bank. They are just some charlatans!

The article I bought was never delivered. After what, I had to claim it for three months before they accepted to sent it again. Today I receive a notification saying that I owe FEDEX the cost of sending the parcel, which, by the way, is half the price of the item!!!!

Horrible horrible company. I ordered a 12 - it fit my staff person who is a size 0. The dress was poor quality, didn't match the picture at all and beads are already falling off within a week of receipt. They say you can dispute it, but the site doesn't allow you to file the dispute. Horrible business... DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE- EVER!

DON'T BUY ANY DRESS OR CLOTHES, THE USUAL SIZE ARE NOT RIGHT, THEY DON'T WANT TO GIVE THE MONEY BACK, NO REFUND, THE "FREE DELIVERY" ARE ACTUALLY A TRUELY LIE, YOU'LL HAVE TO PAY AFTERWHILE THE TRANSPORTER. THIS IS A SCAM!! DON'T BUY ANYTHING!!
