I purchased an online training and all I received were emails offering to have access to the trainings being offered by paying to be a full time member, meaning paying yearly fees to get access to all trainings. I didn't purchase that just to get access to offers that asks me to pay for more. I tried to look for numbers, email to contact groupon people but site won't let me log in. Says that my PW doesn't match which is weird since I've been using the same logging in before. No phone numbers to get hold of anyone... so how do we get in touch to whoever are behind this? I can't even reset my PW since no email is being sent to me to give me a link to reset a PW. Have I been ripped off? That's so cruel. I got this training online to upgrade my skills since I'm unemployed now and I wanted to save but instead, I spent for nothing. Can someone help me with this? Thanks.
