I'm not here to bash the product. It didn't work for me, but... that doesn't mean that it can't work for someone else. I'm here to complain about the "100% Money Back Guarantee."
After several phone messages asking what to do, I decided to call and just leave my name. Amazingly enough, I received a call back very quickly. Ellen told me to send to Webgistix, which I did. I waited the 8 or so weeks, before contacting them.
Spoke with Pat there who said that they solely ship for the company and have nothing to do with refunds. At this point I was a bit angry because it was clearly going to be "It's not my problem" from both sides. I talked with a manager, Tami, who did verify that they had received my shipment and sent the info to T-gone.
After many unanswered calls to T-Gone, I decided to write to BBB. They took my complaint and tried to contact the company. Amazingly enough, they also received no response. I just tried to call again, but no answer, not even an answering machine.
I tired this product thinking "What do I have to loose; there's a money back guarantee!" Boy, was I wrong! Wish I had read some reviews before purchasing.
I ordered this product in May 2014 and it was debited to my credit card. It is now November 2014 and have still not received the product (Tasmania, Australia). I have emailed numerous times and no answer. I have tried calling and spoke to Ellen in July 14 who said that they would re-ship it. Still no product. I have raised a dispute with my credit card company. I think they are SCAMMERS. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
SCAM- after 14 months of international calls, international postage back, 12 emails Ellen refused to give me the promised money back. I got through once and Ellen said to ship the product (evidence) back - at another $60AUD! And I did get one "oh our computers went down" excuse and the rest of correspondence has been ignored. DONT WASTE YOUR PRECIOUS MONEY - IVE SUFFERED ENOUGH INJUSTICE WITHOUT T-GONE ADDING TO IT.! PS as a film maker - unfavourable youtube video on the way...
I ordered 3 months supply of product and it never made it past German customs. I was twice promised a refund. After several months of calling, e-mailing and writing a letter, no response. After sales service in my experience was non-existent
I ordered t-gone on 12/8 got the wrong item. Reorded on 12/11 and have not rec. Yet.
Tryed calling the phone number, no anster, no return calls. Sent e-mail no return e-mail
I would like to return the wrong and get the right one. BE CAREFUL WITH THIS SITE.

As a tinnitus suffer of many years it is refreshing to find a site that simply states the facts as they are. There is so much information about tinnitus on the T-Gone site but you will finally understand how complex this condition really is.
I came away feeling far more relaxed about the condition, and the free 128 page tinnitus survival guide that I downloaded from the site is an excellent resource for living with tinnitus.
Highly recommended.
