A heads up for skyscanner - I would be dumping the booking "partner" called bravofly, as it is as shady as they come. I know it is not skyscanners booking process that is at fault but they DO promote bravoflly. Bravofly present with very deceptive and tricky practises when booking, and it does NOT reflect well on skyscanner. I assume they get revenue from bravofly for clickthroughs. I have used aggregators a lot in the past, but would avoid skyscanner like the plague as they support dodgy players that damage the tourism industry.

My flight left 2 hours late, missed my connecting flight, and was expected to pay a lot extra for a new flight and pay for the hotel because they couldn't get a flight sooner the same day. My price was a lot more than what I would have paid if I had used Google flights. I got to my destination 1.5 days later than planned and paid +$800 extra. No savings at all.

I have had a terrible experience with Skyscanner. This company promotes lastminute.com which is a scammer. I bought tickets for my family. Everything seemed quite normal, I bought luggages for the whole travel and requested for special assistance. After the transaction completed I expected to receive a quick confirmation but I didn't receive any until I asked the next day. However, this confirmation was a disaster as it did not include baggage for inbound tickets. Moreover no confirmation of special assistance. I asked them to correct this. They told me that I have only paid for outbound luggages and not for inbound which is absolutely nonsense. I asked Skyscanner to help me but the only thing they did was to forward my complaint to lastminute.com and nothing else. I kept writing to both of these companies and the latter denies their responsibility. Due to possibility of fare increase by passage of time, I bought the same tickets and for the same dates from a reliable website. So at the moment I have paid twice for the same travel: once without any e-tickets and without the services I have paid for to lastminute.com and via Skyscanner and the other time with my genuine e-tickets. I am going to make a formal complaint against these two companies. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I should add that when I sent this review on trustpilot, someone called Martina replied by saying that my case is being dealt with by their colleague Neil and that I should ask him for assistance, this is nonsense as Neil has only forwarded my email to lastminute.com and has never responded to my repeated emails. So they in fact are collaborating with lastminute.com in emptying people's money!

The companies that skyscanner is cooperate are not to be trusted. Do not lose money on this companies.

IF YOU HAVE AN ISSUE WITH A TICKET PROVIDER, BUT YOU HAVE FOUND IT USING SKYSCANNER TRY TO CONTACT SKYSCANNER SUPPORT.

Skyscanner support can be VERY HELPFUL in your case.
In my case I have lost all my hope that Mytrip.com will ever return my money. They did not act honestly and transparently, trying to discourage me to fight about my money any more.
But Skyscanner support have joined the case. Thanks to their very helpful actions Mytrip.com finally have returned all money what I have payed before (3 months ago), for the ticket, what I have never got.
