Skyscanner support can be VERY HELPFUL in your case.
In my case I have lost all my hope that Mytrip.com will ever return my money. They did not act honestly and transparently, trying to discourage me to fight about my money any more.
But Skyscanner support have joined the case. Thanks to their very helpful actions Mytrip.com finally have returned all money what I have payed before (3 months ago), for the ticket, what I have never got.
