Its hard to find companies who deliver 100% satisfaction these days but this is one of them. From talking to the very helpfull staff over the phone to the actual delivery was excellent. I live in Scottsdale and ordered the Denon Receiver on line at 11am on 29 december it was delivered 3 days at 9am, I cannot praise the service enough. Will definately recommend and use again. I bought a 75" Samsung QLED curved tv about October 2017. Customer service is awful and they never return calls. The tv mount that was promised still has not shown up some two years later even though there were repeated promises that it would be sent. Also the tv took quite awhile to show up. I will NEVER EVER purchase anything from these guys again.

After ordering a 3700. 00 tv and waiting 1 month for it to show up I was finally able to get someone to answer the phone after being on hold for 55 minutes. Sales person told me tv was damaged in shipping and did not have a replacement. Told me they couldn't do a refund and I would have to call my credit card company to dispute charge then hung up on me! Total jerks! Have absolutely no doubt the positive reviews are as fake as there business is.
Well this company still has not delivered the product. Has been more than a year now since I ordered an LG television -- not a single response from customer service. They must write all of their 5 star reviews themselves - clearly these folks are screwed up if they have hundreds of 1 star reviews similar to mine. And the rating agency that they use with good reviews is just an advertising company. Stay away!
Ordered on 6/15/17 and today is 3/19/18 -- been more than 9 months and still hasn't arrived. Stay far away from this company
Ordered a LG OLED65C7P television from Joe's AV on 6/15/17. Now it is 8/31/17 and Arlene in customer service is saying they lost the television in the midst of a bulk shipment. They are putting in another order but said to expect 6-8 weeks even though their website says that the item is in stock.
Nothing I can say except I just realize this is a crooked company! Every time their customer service gave the same response " your order will be next month". They did not provide you detail information. Try to reach them thru Email; I will never get an answer. Call the company again and again; the same answering message. Eventually somebody answered my call for more than half hour; then he said he'll call me back instead of providing an answer for my question. And he never returns the call!
Maybe i caught them on a bad week but i saw they the 65 " sony Z9D for $1500 and i was so happy. Reviews seem good. Placed order and got a message 2 call n 2 verify order. Tried call waited on hold an hour 2 separate times. Then i called another day and guy was talking 2 someone else then told me 2 hold on and i gave him my order # said ur good 2 go guy... i said thats it. He was like yea. 3 days later order still processing so i started 2 send cancel e-mails b/c something about these folks seem off. I started this 3 days after x-mas and now 13 days into new years my order still says processing. GEEZ i really wanted that tv not worth all this extra anxiety!
Terrible. And I have called them 5 times and they just ask for your order number to locate the request, once I provide it, they keep saying "I'll call you back" and of course they don't. I sent an e-mail and they have'n answered. This has gone way longer the 38 business days they claim to have, and they don't even confirm if there is a cancellation fee as it is not on the website. Very disappointing. I don't have the TV, nor the chance to cancel it and buy it through other store.
When the package arrived it was great; great product and great prices. The package was lost for about a week by the delivery company, which claimed it had been delivered when it was not. Many phone calls and a week later, the delivery company finally found the package and made the delivery. Joe's did follow up as best it could, but seemed impotent where it's carrier was concerned. Be advised about delays from the delivery company.
I ordered a 55" Samsung Frame TV at a decent price, but I wish they would have been more upfront about how long it would take to ship. It took us over 2 months to get the TV. However, when it finally did arrive, the box and thus the TV were in pristine condition. Overall, I would say the experience was a good one, but they should give you a better estimate on delivery time.

I have made a couple of purchases from Joe's av in the past. One purchase was a 75" TV and the other was a home theater projector. Both were purchased online and were positive experiences. I have had excellent transactions with them and been thoroughly happy with the items I purchased. They arrived in a timely manner and all was as expected. They have the best prices on items. They also have a wide range of items to choose from. I feel completely safe purchasing items from Joe's.
Talked with the seller about my parameters for viewing and settled for a 80" Sony LED TV. Very friendly and knowledgeable. He gave me real info not the salesman info for that I am impressed. The TV itself is great but what makes the difference is the buying experience with a seller who takes the time to talk rationally about your wishes and the alternatives. Delivery came as advertised. Overall a great shopping experience.
I truly believe a class action lawsuit is entitled. This is beyond poor customer service. Joe's AV is fraudulent and egregious in their acts. We never received the TV we were over charged for. The invoices were all different amounts and did not reflect what was charged on CC. Had to dispute through my CC. Awful!
My order was shipped promptly and when I received it, the packing was the best I have ever seen. I doubt that it could have been damaged in transit, even if the shipping company deliberately gave it rough handling (which I don't think they did). I order frequently from the most well known mail order company on earth, and they can't compare to the professionalism of Joe's.
Ordered a TV 73 days ago. I have called 5 times with most hold times lasting 30 minutes or more only to be told 38-40 days as they ship directly from the factory in Asia. The calls after waiting 38-40 days both indicated they would get back to me, which never happened. I have sent 3 emails, no responses. The fact that this website rates Joe's AV so high gave me some confidence that waiting a little while would be the biggest issue. 73 days and no TV is a big issue, not returning calls and emails is a big issue. Do not trust the sitejabber rating for Joe's AV.
I was sent an email after ordering that I needed to call to confirm my order. The service rep tried to sell me upgrades on my order and hung up on me or put me on hold every time I tried to cancel the order. When I said this seems very weird, he said " Life is weird." and proceeded to start speaking gibberish. This is a scam of a company and I beg you not to get involved - you will regret it!
I purchased a new Denon AVR receiver and got a very good price. They threw in free express shipping and received within 2 days of ordering. I would definitely purchase in the future from them and recommend them to others.
Although item was in stock it took 6 weeks to deliver. Best price around, if you are patient it pays off!
I bought a 75" QLED Samsung TV they Sold me On the 75" LG OLED which doesn't even exist spent 2,900 They made up excuses for 3 monthsThen told me I had to go through my bank which after 3 months you Can't get the money back from the bank they said it has to be a civil case now I have to Take them to court when their Claiming bankruptcy So pretty much I'm Screwed out of 2,900 And my name is Joe They should Have hooked me up not scam Me
Found exactly the TV I wanted and even with Shipping the price was great! It arrived faster than expected and the freight guy was great. I will return for my next TV, probably a 70+", 4k in the next year or two. I highly recommend Joe's AV.

I went through the same experience. Place an order online, received email to call because of high ticket item. Called three times wasted 45 minutes of my time on hold. Im not righting this review because I have nothing to do but because it might help others avoid horrible companies with horrible customer service.
At first I was a little skeptical of the low price on the Samsung 65ju6700 that I was about to purchase from Joe's AV, but I read some of the reviews and eventually went ahead with my purchase. My judgment was rewarded. The TV was delivered as promised and the warranty as stated from Samsung. Good job joes av! I just wished they had all the other electronics that I needed to purchase.
Just wanted to update the previous review I made, regarding the 75" 3D Sony Bravia.
After 3 Weeks and no TV, and no shipping update, i called for a third time, this time demanding a refund.
The lady on the line asked me to let her look into it... After 30 mins, i got an email with same tracking number i got the previous 3 times, pointing to an item still awaiting pickup.
I immediately called back, this time explaining in minute detail that a tracking number to an item which had not shipped did me no good. Advised, (for the third time) that the shipper insists they haver not received the order from Joes... This seemed to register, and she advised she would handle this and call be mack tomorrow.
I never got the call back, but that night, the status on Joes website changed from 'processing' to 'shipped', and the status on the shipping website changed to 'Item Received'.
After missing the next promised shipping date, they offered and i got a refund on the $150 'free' shipping.
TV arrived 31 days after order.
It's a Sony Bravia, as advertised, could not be happier with the TV. IT was brand new, still in tape, just beautiful.
They definitely do need to work on their back end and shipping, however.
Ultimately, i ended up getting the TV for the price advertised
I made an order an they sent email asking me to call them. You can not talk a rep properly.
You will be put on hold constantly and each hold for over 30 mins. And one the customer service put me on hold multiple times and said they will call back and cut the line without waiting for response. Next time, again i was put on hold and got message saying office is closed. Tried again, same thing. Every time, the rep are always rude.
Avoid ordering.
It was great! Fast, helpful and affordable! Joe's is one of my favorite stores!
