I ordered shoes from HSN with returns accepted. The items were not what were advertised nor did they fit. I am returning NEW, UNUSED ITEMS and am being charged for return shipping. UNACCEPTABLE! Look carefully; hidden charges!
I've HAD to call customer service more than once d/t after logging in to my HSN account it tells me i can't place an order. It has my name & address etc but will not let me place an order. Then when i look in past orders all previous orders are not there. I end up signing out & ordering as a guest after a lot of hssske & then i can't track the order--it's as tho i never placed. I have never had these issues with any other company but multiple times with HSN.their website obviously sucks and is horrible then the TOTAL ASSININE INCONVENIENCE that you can't even email the company --- obviously they care ZERO about customers. Why should they? They're making tons of money & thst is THE ONLY GOAL.
I purchased a Canadian Ammolite Clover Pendant. The stone was so dark that my wife had to hold it up in the sunlight to see the stone colors. I returned it on January 6,2025, via their UPS system. Per the UPS tracking HSN, they receive it back in their whse. At Piney Flats, TN, on January 8,2025, at 9:52 AM. As of today January 15,2025, I still have not received my refund, I checked by credit card online. I called HSN customer service and their system shows that they have not received the necklace that I paid $302.00 for. The CS person told me that they had NOT received my return. I told her that the UPS tracking shows that they received it on January 8,2025, which is 7 days ago. I was told that it takes 7 to 10 days for their whse to scan in the return. I told the person that this shows that HSN does NOT care about their CUSTOMERS.
I signed up for their marketing list for a coupon but never used it. Despite multiple unsubscribe attempts and even calling customer service, the marketing emails keep flooding my inbox daily.
I paid for a pair of shoes that was supposed to be here 2 weeks already! Now talk to a person that it's going to be in September 27th! I will never ever buy from home shopping club again never!
I order two packs of 5 pinup girl panties in the year 2017 and they are just started to show wear. However this year I order two more packs and on the second wear the lace is falling apart also holes.

Ordered 4 identical items in Dec 2023. I called and was reimbursed in Dec for these items cause I DiD NOT receive any if them. However in FEB 2024 these items reappeared on my credit card. I called and was transferred to 3 different dept only to be told it would be reviewed. Found a message on my phone stating the charges will remain on my credit card and to dispute chgs with my bank. HSN is basically calling me a liar and this is totally unacceptable. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT HASN AGAIN...BUYERS BEWARE!
Next holiday season don't believe that HSN"S Black Friday sales wont be around after the New Year. February and after you can buy those same items for hundreds of dollars less than Black Friday. You will not be able to return items for the difference.
They want to punish you for returns, I return a purchase and they charge me for return label? And they take forever to credit you back your money. Never again will I purchase anything from HSN shame on them. Horrible experience
I ordered an outdoor camera for $69 but was not happy with the lack of ease trying to set it up I followed instructions for returning but UPS charged me $15.34 to ship it back to HSN.
This was my first and LAST time I order at HSN
HSN returns are awful. I sent two items back on Jan 2nd. One of the items was sent to NJ and made it. I had to contact them and ask where my return money was. It has been 2 weeks!. They said it should be in my account 3-4 days days. I am still waiting! The other item had to be sent an hour away on the other side of Johnson city TN,and for 3 weeks it's been sitting in Knoxville. It's just been ridiculous. The item is suppose to be on the way now. Guess I won't see my return money for another month on that item. How is it 2024!? And it takes a company this long to refund your money? Every other company I ever had to deal with was a 3 day wait. I will be paying off what I owe to HSN and deleting my account. It is just not worth the headache. I feel like I have to do everyone's jobs for them. HSN use to be a good company, but has gone done hill ever since Covid. I will not be using them anymore. It has become that bad.
Beware of cheap merchandise lots from China very cheap made and then they marked it up so high you can order it cheap from China, Japan..
I have absolutely no faith in our hospital. Not only did a friend die for nothing! But my 8 year sat there for 5 hours during an asthma attack! 8 years old as I sat there watching junkies come I. And get helped before my defenceless 8 year old. I am absolutely horrified and disgusted with our health care system!
I tried to order something on Black Friday with their code they put out on 20 off of 40+. I put my item in the cart and put the promo code in that showed the discounted rate in the cart but when I pushed to confirm the order i was charged full price for the item because my purchase notification came through my phone. I tried to contact HSN to explain why and they told me that coupons don't work with every order but if that's true why did I enter the code and it showed the money being discounted. They basically turned the cold shoulder and shrugged it off. Would not recommend buying anything from them.
Very unhappy with the product and the return instruction given when you call the customer service.

Ordered a Kärcher window vacuum from HSN as Black Friday deal. Showed 12 units available and shipping confirmation came soon "ready for carrier pickup ". Since nothing was picked up after a week I contacted HSN. Explanation was that the item must have got lost in the shipping process. I asked for a replacement but was told the product is not available. Had to order a more expensive model directly from Kaercher which is already in transit. Ironically I received a " received returned item" confirmation from HSN for the money refund. Avoid this vendor!
HsN Sells a set of 2 HP laptops for just over $500 they come with 4 gb. RAM. It is a windows 11 system and isn't worth using it as a paperweight. Don't expect to get any help from HSN or HP. Not suitable for a 6 yo. Kid.Total waste of time. If it sounds too good to be true then it probably is
HSN does not promise items they take your order knowing they are out of the product and they disappoint you iPad birthday gifts that never came. I recently ordered boots that never came. I recently ordered silver 1 ounce Coca-Cola bars for Christmas. They tell me it's gonna be be delivered they keep changing the delivery date and now they took the money out of my checking account and I never received them. They are terrible. I am never ordering from HSN again and I got it and I am going to cut up with a pair of scissors, my HSN card, BAD business practices. Don't take the orders if you don't have the product.!
Answer: They tell u how long u hv to activate that phone! It's called 'pay attention'. I've been with them over 15 yrs. I do a lot of shopping online. Can't beat the returns or customer service. Watch ur items for 30 day price decrease. They refund the difference! I hv a blast getting $$ back.
