I ordered prescription glasses from GlassesShop.com and the frame broke completely in less than three months. The quality is very poor, and when I contacted customer support, they were unhelpful and only offered a replacement if I paid 50%. I would not recommend this company.

Order glasses from glassesshop and after a little over a month then glasses broke. After trying to get ahold of someone 3 times on the phone 2 times on the live chat that doesn't work. I finally after 20min each time got some lady on the phone that could barely speak English. She want to give me 50% off the frames and I had to pay for them and shipping and I would have to install the lens back into the new frames. I told her that thats not going to happen since they are barely used and almost new and they broken 2 different spots at the sametime. I asked to speak to a manager she told me they do not talk on the phone they should email me in 24hr. The warranty is $#*! and they are selling cheap products. Do not waste your money on this site. There are better companies out there.

So I accidentally ordered three pairs of glasses from this terrible company. Every single one of them broke instantly I finally decided to take advantage of their 365 day money back guarantee. Only to find out it doesn't exist I also found out that their Live Chat is not a live chat it takes about 2 hours to get a response allegedly but it actually takes about 2 days if you try to contact them by phone no one will answer you'll sit on hold for 20 minutes and then it will go to a voicemail and no one will ever return your call. I would advise anyone to not give them your money because if you have an issue there's no one to talk to and no one's ever going to help you. I'm out a couple hundred dollars now for nothing. Do not waste your time or money here go anywhere else

The frames look exactly like the picture they fit well and they are good quality. So happy with my glasses and the process was so easy!

Love these frames, I have chosen to get gradient tint sunglasses this time and also got the UV filter and they are absolutely adorable. Really pricey for what i got.

Love these sunglasses. I ordered them prescription, and they have made my life so much better. They are incredibly reflective, which I didn't expect from the picture, but I'm not complaining. Great glasses, and sturdy frames.

Very great quality frames and lenses were top notch. Definately my favorite pair of glasses. I plan to get this pair with sunglass lenses. Just hope the case would come in better design. 8/10 recommend.
