I waned 4 copies of the same glasses. But there is no way to adjust the quantity which is fixed at one. So instead customers have to go through the entire time-consuming process to order one more pair. And again. And then again. So please add a quantity field to the items in the cart.
I purchased many pairs over the last two years. They are always perfectly prepared, with progressive lenses. It is fun to change glasses with different outfits.
I placed an order but it was on hold. I called and was told that I cannot purchase glasses that are tinted and have a prism. I had to cancel the total previous order (2 pairs, one with tint and the other clear), and had to come back and place another order. Also, not sure the person on the phone knew what they were talking about. AND my insurance hasn't released the previous purchase so I had to buy these without insurance. So that all sucked and wasn't easy.

I was very satisfied with the buying and checkout process this is the second time I've purchased through them but I literally just got back off of vacation which really wasn't all that a vacation due to a tragedy in the family, but this may not be I buy direct issue I'm not sure who issue it is but from what I understand my glasses were delivered the day after Christmas I think or the day before? Either way my glasses are not here with my mail and I'm a little disappointed due to the fact I don't have a pair to wear. But I do know that I buy direct is and was great experience both times but not receiving my glasses is kind of a bummer right now.

BOGO used to mean buy one get one. Somewhere along the way, it became buy one frame and get the second free with no deal on lenses. Shopping on this website became complicated because the daily emails contained codes that never seemed to apply to the purchases I wanted to make. Today's deal on the lenses was nice.

Answer: Or you can be like me and have not received your order after more than a month of waiting. Granted, I'm in Guam, but given that the USPS works here pretty much the same way it works in the states, no other retailer has any problem getting their packages to me in a timely manner. The company has sent me two different tracking numbers for the same package. The tracking report from the post office says the package was supposed to be here 12 days ago and the last time it appears the package was scanned was 24 days ago. I have emailed the company multiple times and every time they reply with some generic apology and continue to stall. The package clearly got lost in the mail, I get that and I am typically a reasonable person but any respectable merchant intent on providing good customer service in today's online marketplace would have owned up to the issue and offered a refund or have already shipped out a replacement product. They've done neither. Does it mean they are bad people running a bad business? Probably not. However, it does mean there are probably better companies out there to give your business to who won't take so long to get you your glasses.
Answer: It depends on the frame. Some are plastic, some are metal, and there are other materials used as well. The descriptions will indicate the materials they are made out of. I've ordered 3 pairs from EBD ($6 and $9 pairs--cheapest there are) and they are excellent quality. An equivalent pair of frames alone from the store would have cost $150+, not including lenses.
Answer: I received two pairs very quickly but was very disappointed when i put them on only to find out the prescription was completely wrong. There are no refund or exchange directions in your website or with the packaging, so I did not know the number to call.
