I enjoy having different style options and different lens options. Please note that the 1st price you see is just the cost of the frames and the lenses vary depending on exactly what you want. I have bought 5 pairs from here and happy with all 5 and the pricing and options.
I had spent more money than I usually would because I included a pair of prescription sunglasses in a previous order and when I finally did get my order the sunglasses were extremely warped I never was able to wear them they were ruined from day one.
Ordered the meta prescription - order says being delivered and then were shipped back to warehouse. Instead of option to pick up myself or redeliver, had to cancel the entire order and start over. Horrible customer experience and poor explanation of why. Too inconvenienced to go through that process again
I needed help adding my full insurance benefit according to the website, when I called they told me that it was automatically applied. I waited on hold for 45 min today and over an hour yesterday just for them to tell me that. I would've been fine with the answer if I didn't have to wait close to 2 hours for someone to pick up the phone. I think you should get more CSR staff if it takes that long to answer.
I've tried several times to return glasses that aren't right and each time i'm told a shipping label will be provided to send the glasses back for a full refund. Then nothing happens and I have to start the process over again. It's getting ridiculous.
I liked the older way of uploading a photo of myself and seeing the eyeglasses on my face picture. The AI version is "live" therefore i must leave on my own eyeglasses in order to see the various eyeglasses so now I'm wearing two pair of glasses visible on my face! Its silly!

I've used eyebuydirect for several years now and the glasses have been acceptable. This time I spent the extra money and did progressive lenses, the blue light filter, the anti scratch. And honestly I don't like them, I see blue reflections on the inside of my glasses all the time, I feel like the glasses are always dirty and I lost a bunch of my viewing lenses because of the progressive lenses. This pair was a replacement pair for a pair I had gotten a few months back that scratched bad enough in one spot I couldn't see out of them. I've hand my most recent pair less than three weeks and I'll be replacing them from a different company.

I have recently injure my right eye. After numerous procedures I am finally ready for new glasses. First I ordered 3 pair. I was so excited. I could not wait for them to arrive. When I received them none of them worked for me. I investigated only to find out that I entered the prescription wrong. So Eyebuy gave me a free return label and a full refund! Then I placed a second order. Again I was filled with anticipation only to be seriously disappointed again. This time I took one pair to the eye clinic to have the prescription measured and they said it was perfect so the lady measured my PD measurement. AH HA! The PD had changed quite a bit. I went through the process again and they gave me a free return label plus a FULL REFUND! So this time I only ordered 2 pair and am anxiously waiting for them. I can't wait to see well again. I am praying that all is well this time. So these folks stand by their product even when it'd not their fault. EXCELLENT COMPAY
I ordered 3 pair of glasses. When I received them the prescription was WAY OFF. I discovered that I entered it wrong. I called and spoke to a real person and she was able to arrange free return shipping AND A FULL REFUND! So I am back to reorder all 3 with the correct scrip.

My glasses came and I was excited but once I tried them on, I was no longer happy. The RX I gave is stronger and I cannot see out of the glasses which negates why I purchased them to begin with. Now I have to have a real company redo my RX A waste of time and my money
This is my second order with Eyebuydirect. I have found the website easy to use. The glasses are cute, durable, and reasonably priced.
My insurance is covered, EyeMed, and I input the valid credentials, but your system glitches and can't verify me. I've called and emailed, no solution. "They're working on it." Now, the glasses I wanted to buy are sold out. Very frustrating. Has been happening for a month with no fix.
Answer: Or you can be like me and have not received your order after more than a month of waiting. Granted, I'm in Guam, but given that the USPS works here pretty much the same way it works in the states, no other retailer has any problem getting their packages to me in a timely manner. The company has sent me two different tracking numbers for the same package. The tracking report from the post office says the package was supposed to be here 12 days ago and the last time it appears the package was scanned was 24 days ago. I have emailed the company multiple times and every time they reply with some generic apology and continue to stall. The package clearly got lost in the mail, I get that and I am typically a reasonable person but any respectable merchant intent on providing good customer service in today's online marketplace would have owned up to the issue and offered a refund or have already shipped out a replacement product. They've done neither. Does it mean they are bad people running a bad business? Probably not. However, it does mean there are probably better companies out there to give your business to who won't take so long to get you your glasses.
Answer: It depends on the frame. Some are plastic, some are metal, and there are other materials used as well. The descriptions will indicate the materials they are made out of. I've ordered 3 pairs from EBD ($6 and $9 pairs--cheapest there are) and they are excellent quality. An equivalent pair of frames alone from the store would have cost $150+, not including lenses.
Answer: I received two pairs very quickly but was very disappointed when i put them on only to find out the prescription was completely wrong. There are no refund or exchange directions in your website or with the packaging, so I did not know the number to call. Please get in touch with me asap about exchanging the glasses for ones with the correct lenses. Thank you very much.
