I picked out my frames which were decently priced. By the time I added my prescription and the options for the lens were added, the price was almost triple what I thought I would be originally paying. The price I paid for the same frames last year doubled in price this year.

I'm so upset because it's been past the time I was suppose to get refund for my glasses. I have ordered glasses before and never had a problem until I need to return my recent order. I'm so disappointed in there returning system

Everything came perfectly as they said it would and I have used those glasses for a long time now but the only reason I had to get new ones is because my prescription changed so here I am again ordering new glasses and sunglasses. Thank you eyebuydirect

Only give 4 stars because 1 (of the 4) pairs I purchased is super tight around my head when it's the same pupil distance as all the others. And then one of the other pairs has clear pieces around the ear pieces and smells super rubbery/plasticy.

Good overall. Please continue to be affordable and accessible, I am a loyal customer. I make purchases for me and my family here.

I ordered once and got good service. I placed a repeat order adn got double charged. The claims of 24hr customer service are not true at all. The phone number was an endless loop of trying to get me to sign up for a meducal device and the " live chat" button went nowhere. I am giving them another chance as the first order was a dream and they have the best prices hands down. How they can get it right for this order.

The frames are great, but it seems like the whole prescription is moved up on the lens, meaning i have to tilt my head down to read, whereas my last pair from EBD were great, I just tilted my eyes down to read. Not that happy with these 2 prescription of glasses.
