I ordered 2 pair of glasses at the end of November. FINALLY they shipped! This isn't their fault but my glasses WERE in St Louis (a little over an hour away), THEN Illinois, and NOW all the way out in South Carolina! Will I ever get them?

I have been trying to buy a pair of Rayban AI (Gen2) from your site. It keeps changing the price when I go to the checkout page. I have talked to your customer service reps twice now. They had me email screenshots of the problem. I did send them. I told them that I needed to get this fixed before Dec 31. My insurance resets tomorrow so it was imperative to get this done ASAP. I haven't heard anything from you and so I gave up and just ordered a different pair.
I had major issues checking out due to a pop up that kept saying something to the effect of "your cart has changed, please refresh your page before finishing" and then would kick me back to the payment screen. I did this 3 or 4 times on my phone and got on my laptop. The same thing happened on my laptop and then finally a popup about not leaving my cart behind showed up, I clicked "ok" and then was able to check out. Not sure why this pop up even appeared, very frustrating and I almost ditched the entire large order due to the frustration.

I find selecting frames to be cumbersome. The price is also misleading. Once you go through the mandatory upgrades to your prescription, the price is so much more than just what they advertise for the frames.

Granted, I'm in Guam, but given that the USPS works here pretty much the same way it works in the states, no other retailer has any problem getting their packages to me in a timely manner. The company has sent me two different tracking numbers for the same package. The tracking report from the post office says the package was supposed to be here 12 days ago and the last time it appears the package was scanned was 24 days ago. I have emailed the company multiple times and every time they reply with some generic apology and continue to stall. The package clearly got lost in the mail, I get that and I am typically a reasonable person but any respectable merchant intent on providing good customer service in today's online marketplace would have owned up to the issue and offered a refund or have already shipped out a replacement product. They've done neither. Does it mean they are bad people running a bad business? Probably not. However, it does mean there are probably better companies out there to give your business to who won't take so long to get you your glasses.
Answer: It depends on the frame. Some are plastic, some are metal, and there are other materials used as well. The descriptions will indicate the materials they are made out of. I've ordered 3 pairs from EBD ($6 and $9 pairs--cheapest there are) and they are excellent quality. An equivalent pair of frames alone from the store would have cost $150+, not including lenses.

There are no refund or exchange directions in your website or with the packaging, so I did not know the number to call.
