The frames are affordable, and you can really control what you are paying for. I love this about eye buy direct because I care about my style. I'm very front facing for work, and I love to change my hair color and style to fit the room or just my mood. I'm constantly getting compliments on my frames be it the style, color, or variety. They always ask and I always tell them EyeBuyDirect! Where I get all my glasses and have yet to find a reason to switch.

I have had 3 glasses that have been flawless. The last pair of meta glasses that my insurance paid were sent incorrectly so i had to return them and will hopefully get my refund as it was a really weird order. The item was delayed in delivery and then when I received them, it was the wrong pair and wrong rx. A bummer because probably someone got my glasses incorrectly also. I used my vision insurance so while the customer service representative was awesome, she was limited to only being able to give my out of pocket cost refunded and I lost my vision insurance benefit for the year because apparently when you purchase meta ai glasses, eyebuydirect is a distributor and cant help with the whole 3rd party distributor and also vision insurance. So that being said, i would be timid to use vision insurance and purchase 3rd party name brand items and stick to the cheaper in house products and dont use insurance, otherwise you will
Lose your benefit and be out of luck. The representative was very helpful and kept saying it was unfortunate but thats just the way it works. For now I will stick with buying the cheaper glasses with no name brand to not risk losing my annual benefit.

Easy today get new pair of glasses without having to leave your house. Very easy to add prescriptions and customize any type of glasses.

Last year I ordered two pairs of readers. They were fantastic and reasonably priced. So much cheaper than going to my local Eye Doctors office to buy them. This year I have already purchased a pair of computer glasses that work fantastically and again have saved me over $100 not having to buy through my Eye Doctors office. And... today I am purchasing a pair of readers and progressive glasses from my new prescription.

I have had many pairs of glasses from here. Never had a problem returning them when I need to. Have attempted to order from other places but always end back here to order.

Just bought 2 more pairs which will be a total of 15 pairs purchased over the last 7 years. My hubby calls me the female Elton John as I have glasses for every outfit.

It was excellent and even had an issue with script and you all handled it professionally with great customer service and got me the corrected pair asap.

Much more affordable and ways to shop for eyeglasses. We have tossed with this back and forth and the constant discounts helped to make our decision!

I purchased many pairs over the last two years. They are always perfectly prepared, with progressive lenses. It is fun to change glasses with different outfits.

I placed an order but it was on hold. I called and was told that I cannot purchase glasses that are tinted and have a prism. I had to cancel the total previous order (2 pairs, one with tint and the other clear), and had to come back and place another order. Also, not sure the person on the phone knew what they were talking about. AND my insurance hasn't released the previous purchase so I had to buy these without insurance. So that all sucked and wasn't easy.

I ordered a few pair from eyebuydirect. I love the glasses I ordered. I use them all and the shipping was fast. I rather order on this site than with my actual drs office!

I spent $475 on a pair of bifocal glasses after visiting my eye doctor. After buying four pairs of glasses from I buy direct and only spending $300 I wouldn't do it any other way.

I was very satisfied with the buying and checkout process this is the second time I've purchased through them but I literally just got back off of vacation which really wasn't all that a vacation due to a tragedy in the family, but this may not be I buy direct issue I'm not sure who issue it is but from what I understand my glasses were delivered the day after Christmas I think or the day before? Either way my glasses are not here with my mail and I'm a little disappointed due to the fact I don't have a pair to wear. But I do know that I buy direct is and was great experience both times but not receiving my glasses is kind of a bummer right now.

EBD was introduced to me yeeeears ago and always knew and appreciated the site for being stylish, reliable, and affordable. I think the prices now are on the up and up. Still a great option.

BOGO used to mean buy one get one. Somewhere along the way, it became buy one frame and get the second free with no deal on lenses. Shopping on this website became complicated because the daily emails contained codes that never seemed to apply to the purchases I wanted to make. Today's deal on the lenses was nice.

You guys have never let me down with glasses! I am so thankful. Even though I probably lost 2 pairs of my glasses already, I am always quick to come here and replace them.

Ordering was super easy, and I very much liked the glasses. However, I did expect them to last a bit longer than they did (coating seems to have worn off).
