This the 3rd time I'm ordering the same frames because of a change in my p[prescription. I've been very happy with the quality and prices.
My last pair of glasses were sent to me with circles in them, both left and right lenses, complete, perfect circles, but other than that, because the price is so economical, I decided to keep them.

I like my glasses and the price is right. But u can't really beat trying them in person. I also like when they fit them to u. My first pair were to big, kept sliding off. This pair I learned got them smaller but still had to put sleeves on the arms not to slide.
I have ordered several pairs at this point, and some have been good quality that last a while. I just got a pair 2 months ago, and the screw came out of one side and broke. I'm hoping this pair is better. They have really nice designs, though, and I've gotten some good pairs from them for sure. I have ordered on Eyebuydirect once before, a couple of years ago. I picked out the Avery frames which I ended up loving so much, they're perfect for me. The only issue I've had is that they can't really be tightened (a licensed optician explained to me) because there's no metal hinge to tighten on this frame at least, but, I am purchasing them again with a different prescription because I love them so much.

Why the title? This was a great experience but sometimes it's just better to try on frames in a store. I didn't waste any money and I will wear the glasses but my favorite pair, which I lost, I found at a store.

Granted, I'm in Guam, but given that the USPS works here pretty much the same way it works in the states, no other retailer has any problem getting their packages to me in a timely manner. The company has sent me two different tracking numbers for the same package. The tracking report from the post office says the package was supposed to be here 12 days ago and the last time it appears the package was scanned was 24 days ago. I have emailed the company multiple times and every time they reply with some generic apology and continue to stall. The package clearly got lost in the mail, I get that and I am typically a reasonable person but any respectable merchant intent on providing good customer service in today's online marketplace would have owned up to the issue and offered a refund or have already shipped out a replacement product. They've done neither. Does it mean they are bad people running a bad business? Probably not. However, it does mean there are probably better companies out there to give your business to who won't take so long to get you your glasses.
Answer: It depends on the frame. Some are plastic, some are metal, and there are other materials used as well. The descriptions will indicate the materials they are made out of. I've ordered 3 pairs from EBD ($6 and $9 pairs--cheapest there are) and they are excellent quality. An equivalent pair of frames alone from the store would have cost $150+, not including lenses.
Answer: I received two pairs very quickly but was very disappointed when i put them on only to find out the prescription was completely wrong. There are no refund or exchange directions in your website or with the packaging, so I did not know the number to call.
