Customer service was great from Day 1. I had my eye on the $6 "Doc" frames in light purple and the $9 "Delaware" frames in floral. Lo and behold, Delaware floral frames sold out. I contacted customer service again via FB, and they responded within a couple hours to tell me if/when the frames would be back in stock. 2 days later, there they were with a few back in stock.

I ordered regular prescriptions in the Doc, and prescription gradient sunglasses with the Delaware, with anti-reflective, UV, anti-scratch in both. Total purchase after the discount and with standard shipping was $48. They sent emails every step of the way, let me know how long each step would take to complete, and what to expect next.

13 days later, my order arrived. Glasses were EXCELLENT--perfect fit, lightweight, exactly as pictured, and spot-on prescription. I get compliments on them all the time, and they are the "favorites" of many (I ordered from several online glasses stores for the first time.) No one can believe the Docs were only $6 frames, as they are in no way "cheap."

EDIT--DOWN TO 3 STARS: I posted on glassesshop's website to review these glasses, and gave them 4 stars with a very brief rundown of the experience below. Checked the site a few days later, and glassesshop switched it to 5 stars and edited out some of the customer service critique. Lying about or modifying customer reviews is no bueno in my book, and there are plenty of other honest sites to order from out there.

Ordered from the "first pair free" deal on 3/12/16. I ordered from 2 online glasses stores for the first time ever within a couple days of each other. The other place, I ended up placing an order, receiving the order, then placing a second order after liking my glasses, and receiving order #2 in the mail in the same amount of time it took glassesshop to send me 1 order of no-frills, single vision glasses.

I had contacted customer service on 3/22 to check the status, as online it showed my order status had been "sent to sorting facility" (in MI) for the past 5 days. I was told on 3/22 the glasses would arrive in Michigan in 2-3 days, and then would be shipped to me. On 3/28, my online order showed my pair still en route to MI, and no sign of it shipping to me. Today (3/28,16 days after placing the order), I checked my mail and my glassesshop order was in there, and probably had been there for a couple days. It had actually been shipped from MI on 3/21, but nothing in their system had been updated to reflect this, and customer service didn't seem to have any idea. While customer service was friendly, the process was disorganized and they did not seem to know the true status of my order.

The glasses:
The glasses are actually incredible. They are higher quality than the other site I ordered from (and had been pleased with.) The lenses are clear, there is no eye strain whatsoever, the frames are durable, and look better than pictured online. There is a BOGO sale that ends today. Truthfully, if they had arrived here sooner, I would have put my second order in with glassesshop instead of the other company, even though glassesshop is a few bucks more, even with the BOGO. At this point, I don't need any more pairs. In the future, I would order again, as long as I did not mind being "in limbo" with the order status and there was another BOGO sale.

The glasses themselves, I would give 5+ stars. It's the lack of correct order status, customer service not knowing my true order status, and the (relatively) longer shipping time that knocks my overall rating to a 4. The fact that they were free and I only had to pay $9.90 for handling/shipping makes it a sweeter deal, and a great way to hook in new customers like myself. I'd say it's worth giving it a try, especially if you can take advantage of the first pair being free to test it out.

I ordered glasses online from Zenni for the first time on 3/6/16. My 2 pairs arrived and were on my face 8 days later. I LOVED both of them. The quality was incredible. There was slight eye strain when wearing them indoors. (I only wear glasses for driving, and they were great while driving with no strain whatsoever for their intended purpose. There was only the very minimal eye strain when focusing on closer objects, which I don't need glasses for anyway.) It turns out I measured my PD a few mm off.

In the first order, I ordered a pair with 10% blue tint, and the tint was a little darker than expected, but I'm not complaining because I can use them as driving sunglasses. The other was a pair from the $6.95 selection, which ended up being my favorite, and which a lot of people have asked about because they love them too!

The day after I received them, I put in an order for 2 more pairs (with 2 different PDs) of the $6.95 glasses, and they arrived 13 days after ordering. Even found a coupon code for free anti-reflective coating! Again, I'm very impressed. One of the pairs is a thin, flexible metal frame which I'm not used to, so I'll need to adjust to them. I got clip-on shades for an extra $4. The other pair, I got $19 photochromic lenses and tested them out (especially after researching and reading complaints about photochromic lenses in general AFTER I placed the order.) But... I have ZERO complaints. They darken quickly in just a couple minutes in the Texas sun, and lighten better than many photochromic-critics stated, although they take about an hour to go all the way back to clear. I found my perfect PD with one of the pairs as well.

All of the glasses are great quality, especially considering for 3 of 4 frames, I paid $6.95. With all the add-ons, 4 pairs of glasses with a mix of anti-reflective, hydrophobic coating, tint, 1 pair of clip-on shades, and/or photochromatic lenses... my grand total was about $90. Even with my PD being slightly off with the first order, it was financially worthwhile to "test" a few PDs and have 4 pairs of multi-functional glasses for $90 than it would have been to go to a brick & mortar store, shell out $200-300 for 1 pair and have my PD perfect the first time.

Zenni is becoming an addiction here...

I ordered 2 pairs of 80's-style jeans that looked great on the site! Read the measurements carefully, and bought L. Site clearly said they were out on holiday for a 2-3 weeks, and after reading reviews from other Chinese wholesale sites, I figured my order would take about 2 months to get here, which it did. I emailed the customer service department after they should have returned from their holiday, got a response within a day or 2, and then another email a week and a half later saying the order had shipped.

The jeans themselves were actually decent quality, but like many others have said... way too small. I took out a tape measure and measured the material itself. The measurement was true to what it listed on the site (especially since it says to give or take 1-3 cm.) However, the cut of the jeans allowed NO room for anyone who has any butt or hips whatsoever or who has hit puberty, so I could not even pull the waist all the way up. I tried to sell them to someone who was a size 6, and she could not stretch them over her hips either. I ended up giving both pairs to an 11 yo prepubescent girl.

If they sold those jeans in an XXXL, I might actually try to order them again, since I loved the style of the jeans so much. But with the terrible things I've read when people tried to return and get a refund, it really doesn't seem worth the risk.

I knew it would be a "buyer beware" situation going into it and took the chance anyway, but I would not do it again. I gave it 2 stars because outside of the size, the jeans really did look just as they were pictured on the site, if not better.
