TOTAL SCAM! TOTALLY DISHONEST!
Bought a phone, memory card, and case after my son told me his father purchased from these guys without incident. Case didn't fit phone. No memory card. Jumped through hoops and was told they would send the memory card. No memory card arrived. No refund. They string it out long enough just to pass the limit for filing a complaint with PayPal. Within 2 months the phone stopped working!!!!!

Elizabeth S. They same thing pretty much happened to me, but my phones didn't work properly out of the box. I sent them back.As soon as I seen they were delivered and they didn't refund my money right away I filed with Paypal.

Stay away! Stuff looks cool. I did get Phone I ordered. Never worked. Sent back to local address they gave me. 45 days later NO REFUND!!! They have phone, they told me just won't refund. Paypal is no help in trying to recover funds even withing the dispute/claim time frame. They (everbuying.com) know the system. JUST STAY AWAY.

First dress, took them more then a week to refund when they said 2 business days.
Second dress, i got a 50% coupon and used on a dress. Send me an email a week later and told me they can't give me the dress because they don't get any profit. Not only did i not get my dress, i lost my coupon that i took hours to get. I email them they don't answer. Said they refund in latest three days, been four...and no refund. I ask if they are scamming people, they did not answer. Careful if you ever buy from this site.

Hello all,
This is to let you all guys know how dishonest and cunning the policy of this website. I had ordered one phone from this website and the phone I got was the most stupid phone I have ever bought in my life with tons of problems. I called and emailed them many times and they either did not respond or due to communication problem never replied correctly. When I asked about my money back they said the price also included shipping price and we will deduct this along with the shipping you paid from your side. That is insane and very dishonest way of doing any business. I wrote bad reviews about all these but those were never posted on their website. They probably post all good reviews by themselves and that's how their products have all good stars…
But in my opinion they don't deserve a single star.

Overcharged on a few items, they won't issue partial refund because they blame "conversion differences" which is a total cop out. The amount that they took out of my Paypal account is far higher than the amount that showed up on my original receipt both in USD.

Totally crap!!! I ordered a halloween costume for my son on October 6th. I was told there was an issue with my PayPal account which mysteriously cleared up on October 7th when I threatened to cancel the order. I was notified that the order was being processed. After several attempts to find the status of my order and a tracking number, on October 20th they sent me an e-mail saying the costume needed14 days to be manufactured and several days shipping time. They specifically mentioned that the costume would not be ready for Halloween. I would recomend everyone stay away from this place, and I regret not checking them out before I placed the order.

I ordered an adult size costume form them. They asked for my and claimed it would be made to fit. They sent a childrens size costume that was used. It had blood stains on it and was very, very cheap. Nothing at all like th picture they showed. I sent pictures to them and asked for a reiund. They said no. So, if you order from this place, expect the worse...

Bought 2 Mp4 players and thought it was good deal. They didnt work at all. I contacted them and all they would do is give me $2.00 off next order. Never buy anything from these people. total scam and junk

On 7/22/2011, I placed an order for some items to be used as stocking stuffers. Nothing expensive. I received a package from Shanghai on 8/8/11 but it contained quite a few knock-off Coach and Louis Luitton handbags. When I contacted Everbuying I was asked to ship the bags to David Li in Davis, CA. I advised that I would not pay shipping. They said that I must or they wouldn't send my original order. Throughout the whole ordeal, correspondance was good - very prompt and courteous (Yeah Mindy!)

I disputed with Paypal and continued conversing with Everbuying. When I mentioned that the handbags were frauds, they said that the bags were not theirs and didn't belong to Everbuying. Shortly after that, they wanted me to "buy" the handbags from them for $55. When I said no, they asked for $45. I declined and asked them why I should buy a product from them when the product wasn't even theirs to begin with. I requested either my order or a full refund and threatened to report them to Paypal's Counterfeit Resolution Center.

They asked me to close the dispute at Paypal. Mindy advised that they would ship the order once the dispute was closed. At this point I figured I had just better cut my losses and forget about it. I closed the dispute on 8/16/11 and emailed the info to Mindy.

Lo and behold by order actually did arrive on 9/20/2011. I didn't expect it. Was I happy with this transaction? Not reallly. Would I order from them again? Sure. I'd give them a second chance. I just wouldn't order anything expensive or of great importance.

I ordered a flashlight, batteries and a charger. They immediately charged my card and AFTER doing so notified me the items were out of stock. Bad enough but then it took weeks to get anything and despite their guarantee, refused to refund my money. When the package finally arrived the light was broken, the electric plug on the charger had a European plug so it couldn't be used in the USA and the batteries were the wrong voltage. When I emailed I was told I had to send it back at my expenses even though everything was their error. If I wanted a refund I also had to pay to send it back and then they were going to charge me almost half of the purchase price in service fees. It was cheaper to just eat it. They finally sent a new light and charger and the light was again defective. This whole experience took months! These people promise everything, deliver NOTHING, and charge your credit card for their mistakes. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!

They sell faulty items. When you ask for a refund they try to string you along. If you open a Paypal claim they try to trick you into closing it before they can give you the refund.Which is nonsense!

I placed my first ever order with EverBuying just recently and I'm very pleased to say that there were no negatives whatsoever. Their website is extremely well laid out, with all relevant information close at hand, and the range of stock listed is truly impressive.

The 2 items I purchased were priced much lower than anywhere else and shipping costs were included in the price, meaning that the price advertised is all you pay. Delivery time to Australia was most impressive at just 11 days and the items arrived in good condition.

Unfortunately, the C3 cell phone which I purchased was missing its user manual but once I let them know, the issue was resolved almost immediately by Lucy emailing me copies of the relevant documentation. Their communication was excellent and the staff I dealt with were very friendly and helpful.

I was so impressed by their prices & service that I'll be making a specific point of dealing with them again in the very near future.

My name is Hernando B. my experince with everbuying.com was really negative because i did an order in April 10. 2011 the order with tracking number..RF 500269175SG and the other tracking number 52496477012 updated 25 -03-2011 the total order i paid was $192.67 by the way, the last order i made never came i kept calling, sending mail to customer support to everbuying.com .lots of times contacting myself with the Administration Elva. I made several claims with her but she never resolved this promblem saying the order never came to china but she told me that she would help if i pay. $13.34 but she said that if i pay that amount send me back the order .I made the payment three weeks ago by the way i havent recieved nothing yet the total items she will have to send me 23 items i keep waiting but they havent resolved anything i have had 4 months waiting for them to resolved the claim but they havent send me nothing suppost to i paid a isurance for the order $ 4.50 cents or they can send me my money back because the administrator, told me she would give me the money back for 38 dollars ,no ipaid $192.77 cents. I just want yall to help me resolve this problem because the employers havent tooken this claim serios .Like that i think that the company are loosing points and custumers, for example every month i buy to china $900 or $1000. and never had problems with the companies.

I purchased three ds game cards one worked five mins one not at all the other one day .I CONTACTED THEM TOLD ME TO POST BACK WHICH I DID THE NEXT DAY AIR MAIL FROM AUS.THAT WAS FOUR WEEKS AGO TRYING TO GET REFUND THEY ARE WANTING TRACKING NO. I EXPLAINED IT WENT AIR MAIL YOU WOULD HAVE THE GOODS WHERE IS MY REFUND EXCUSES EVERY DAY THEY HAVE THE GOODS BACK I HAVE DONE 112 DOLLARS I DID PAP PAL BUT WITH NO RECEIPTS FOR POSTAGE NO CASE .THE HAVE THE GAME CARDS BACK AND ARE STALLING BECAUSE THEY DONT WANT TO REFUND ON RUBBISH THEY SELL NEVER AGAIN

I purchased an android tablet from these dodgy guys about 3 months ago, and it turned out to be faulty. I posted it back at my expense. They have received the unit after I chased them up for a refund. It has now been almost 2 months of constant emailing to them and their help(less) desk person named Elena just keeps reypling saying that the refund is coming soon. How hard can it be to issue a paypal refund! Idiots!

Do not purchase from these guys! There are plenty of other good reliable Chinese retailers out there like ChinaVasion and Light in the Box.

Again - DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM EVERYBUYING.COM - THEY ARE DODGY!!

Everbuying give me a track number RF500265182SG, I get the package for this track number. And inside the product was a CD Music, not a phone. I try to resolve this by ticket in Everbuying support area, but don't give me any solution. They told that the product is not from Everbuying! Somebody make a mistake, I don't get the product I pay, I try to explain to Everbuying during for 4 days in the support area. EVERBUYING IS A SCAM!!!

I contacted Summer to enquire about their MP4 players and was assurred that the Fashionable 8GB 1.8 inch TFT 4th MP4 Media Player Click wheel Function
MP40900 would work with an iPod dock.
When it arrived I connected it up and found that it did not work.
When I contacted them they were not that concerned and basically stopped emailing with me after a while.
There was no offer of any refund or offer to take the item back.
I sent in an honest review of the item I bought, however they did not publish it on their website, they only seem to publish reviews that they like.
I will no longer deal with this company, but I suppose it is my fault for expecting cheap chinese junk to actually work properly.
My advice is do not touch this company at all.

Ordered an android tablet S22 from this site. I along with other shoppers asked about the device in the comments where we were assured that the screen was capacitive and they told another the screen was glass. Well, it definitely is not capacitive and not glass. I went back to the website and they have changed the description along with the reply in the comments although I still have the original reply in email. Product I received was not as described and cheaply made. I would never shop at again.
