TOTAL SCAM! TOTALLY DISHONEST!
Bought a phone, memory card, and case after my son told me his father purchased from these guys without incident. Case didn't fit phone. No memory card. Jumped through hoops and was told they would send the memory card. No memory card arrived. No refund. They string it out long enough just to pass the limit for filing a complaint with PayPal. Within 2 months the phone stopped working!!!!!

Elizabeth S. They same thing pretty much happened to me, but my phones didn't work properly out of the box. I sent them back.As soon as I seen they were delivered and they didn't refund my money right away I filed with Paypal.

Hello all,
This is to let you all guys know how dishonest and cunning the policy of this website. I had ordered one phone from this website and the phone I got was the most stupid phone I have ever bought in my life with tons of problems. I called and emailed them many times and they either did not respond or due to communication problem never replied correctly. When I asked about my money back they said the price also included shipping price and we will deduct this along with the shipping you paid from your side. That is insane and very dishonest way of doing any business. I wrote bad reviews about all these but those were never posted on their website. They probably post all good reviews by themselves and that's how their products have all good stars…
But in my opinion they don't deserve a single star.

I placed my first ever order with EverBuying just recently and I'm very pleased to say that there were no negatives whatsoever. Their website is extremely well laid out, with all relevant information close at hand, and the range of stock listed is truly impressive.

The 2 items I purchased were priced much lower than anywhere else and shipping costs were included in the price, meaning that the price advertised is all you pay. Delivery time to Australia was most impressive at just 11 days and the items arrived in good condition.

Unfortunately, the C3 cell phone which I purchased was missing its user manual but once I let them know, the issue was resolved almost immediately by Lucy emailing me copies of the relevant documentation. Their communication was excellent and the staff I dealt with were very friendly and helpful.

I was so impressed by their prices & service that I'll be making a specific point of dealing with them again in the very near future.

Stay away! Stuff looks cool. I did get Phone I ordered. Never worked. Sent back to local address they gave me. 45 days later NO REFUND!!! They have phone, they told me just won't refund. Paypal is no help in trying to recover funds even withing the dispute/claim time frame. They (everbuying.com) know the system. JUST STAY AWAY.

First dress, took them more then a week to refund when they said 2 business days.
Second dress, i got a 50% coupon and used on a dress. Send me an email a week later and told me they can't give me the dress because they don't get any profit. Not only did i not get my dress, i lost my coupon that i took hours to get. I email them they don't answer. Said they refund in latest three days, been four...and no refund. I ask if they are scamming people, they did not answer. Careful if you ever buy from this site.

I ordered a phone, the back would not stay on the screen resolutio was very fuzzy and it was compatable with certain apps (xfinity) After 7 seven days of emailing back and forth they said they would give me a refund ffirst for 7 dolloars and I said not then 119.23 I said ok. I sent the phone back and now they say they can not refund me becuase it was more than 10 days! Stay away from them! Phones are cheap imatations!!!

This is my first time ordering from them and i'm never doing it again. I order the beginning of Jan. and still haven't received my package. Its almost two months, i've received a tracking number and it said that my package was shipped and received but i didn't get it. I've called and email many time and was told that it will come, then the customer support told me to go check my local post office bcuz it can be there. i refused bcuz i know for sure they giving me the run around. Then i got another email that said "sometimes my package takes 2 months" I'm frustrated and want to know "Where the hell is the customer service satisfaction?"

LEE M. LOL....I paid with paypal, i can't get my money back because paypal don't take these type of claim "they said". Now customer service from everbuying is saying for me to send $4 and they will send me my package. NOT A HAPPY CAMPER!!! I JUST WANT MY FULL REFUND. then they told me they will send my package for free if i like. OMG!! these ppl don't get that i just want my REFUND!!! they will do anything to make you pay more or have you run around for nothing.

Quality of the item I purchased was low. The instructions are so poorly written that I had to guess at what they were trying to say. Item did not match photo.

Stay Away, Total FRAUD, the phone number listed on the site is invalid and you can never caht.
Nov 11, 2011 I orderd 39 watches for my Christamass stock for the total amount of $300.00. my card was charged and they got paid the next day.

Then I get an E Mail from Sweet Susan asking me for an ID card, a photo cpy of my Passport or Driving Lic.

I complied and send them a photo of my Driving Lic., then Sweet Susn asked for a company web site, which I provided again,

Then sweet Suan asked why my name on the Lic. is not the same as on my E mail address, I said my Nick name is Mark,

8 days passed by and my order was in the PROCESSING mode.

Then as of Nov. 18th Susan is gone never replied to my mails or Inq.

I got stuck not knowing what to do.

Then I tried to call the number listed on theier web site 530-758-3758 but it is INVALID.

I called PAYPAL and they said well not much we can do now but if you want we can file a complain and may be get a refund up to 45 days from Pay date.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE, BE SMART, I was FOOLED and never again.

Overcharged on a few items, they won't issue partial refund because they blame "conversion differences" which is a total cop out. The amount that they took out of my Paypal account is far higher than the amount that showed up on my original receipt both in USD.

Totally crap!!! I ordered a halloween costume for my son on October 6th. I was told there was an issue with my PayPal account which mysteriously cleared up on October 7th when I threatened to cancel the order. I was notified that the order was being processed. After several attempts to find the status of my order and a tracking number, on October 20th they sent me an e-mail saying the costume needed14 days to be manufactured and several days shipping time. They specifically mentioned that the costume would not be ready for Halloween. I would recomend everyone stay away from this place, and I regret not checking them out before I placed the order.

I ordered an adult size costume form them. They asked for my and claimed it would be made to fit. They sent a childrens size costume that was used. It had blood stains on it and was very, very cheap. Nothing at all like th picture they showed. I sent pictures to them and asked for a reiund. They said no. So, if you order from this place, expect the worse...

Bought 2 Mp4 players and thought it was good deal. They didnt work at all. I contacted them and all they would do is give me $2.00 off next order. Never buy anything from these people. total scam and junk

On 7/22/2011, I placed an order for some items to be used as stocking stuffers. Nothing expensive. I received a package from Shanghai on 8/8/11 but it contained quite a few knock-off Coach and Louis Luitton handbags. When I contacted Everbuying I was asked to ship the bags to David Li in Davis, CA. I advised that I would not pay shipping. They said that I must or they wouldn't send my original order. Throughout the whole ordeal, correspondance was good - very prompt and courteous (Yeah Mindy!)

I disputed with Paypal and continued conversing with Everbuying. When I mentioned that the handbags were frauds, they said that the bags were not theirs and didn't belong to Everbuying. Shortly after that, they wanted me to "buy" the handbags from them for $55. When I said no, they asked for $45. I declined and asked them why I should buy a product from them when the product wasn't even theirs to begin with. I requested either my order or a full refund and threatened to report them to Paypal's Counterfeit Resolution Center.

They asked me to close the dispute at Paypal. Mindy advised that they would ship the order once the dispute was closed. At this point I figured I had just better cut my losses and forget about it. I closed the dispute on 8/16/11 and emailed the info to Mindy.

Lo and behold by order actually did arrive on 9/20/2011. I didn't expect it. Was I happy with this transaction? Not reallly. Would I order from them again? Sure. I'd give them a second chance. I just wouldn't order anything expensive or of great importance.
