I ordered a Lenovo K3 on 06/10/2015, the payment was done, a few minutes after, and the order is still processing. I opened a ticket yesterday, no answer. I have opened another ticket today (I guess there won't be an answer). I know that last week was holidays in China and this may delay things, but, Monday and Tuesday weren't holidays, so you couold have answered my complains in its website...
