Scam!

I was scammed out of $400 on this website. I never received my money back and I never received any of the bags I ordered. I ordered back in October, that was 4 months ago.

I ordered an AZN coach tote and have the receipt in my email, after 2 weeks a Michael kors wallet shows up not what I ordered and they are giving me the runaround about getting the right product I paid for or my money back! They even gave me a fake number! Do not get scammed!

Terrible Coach order
I bought a belt on Nov 27 2020, i called them a week customer service but i waited 1 hr everytime for nothing connection line. Then i return Canada Post Dec 29 2020. After 10 days i called Coach service which told me my return was received by them. I can wait on Jan 12 2021 for processing refund. After Jan 21 i didn't see my refund. I called them on 22 Jan again. However, they told me that they didn't receive my return package. Again and again i need to wait one more week later. It's mean i need to call back them again on Jan 29. It was experience terrible and so upset online shopping from Coach.

There was no indication on their website or in my email order confirmations that I would be charged in USD, nor did I authorize this at any point. I was therefore very surprised to be charged almost 40% more than I anticipated. When I called customer service, they admitted that this is a known and ongoing problem. They're knowingly engaging in unlawful and malicious sales practices in Canada.

1. They claim 7-10 day delivery BEFORE you order.
2. Once they have your cash they announce because of_______(enter excuse here) it might be late.
3. No chat or email or text function to inquire.
4. They LIE and claim something is shipped and give an unregistered tracking number.
5. Each day their site will tell you that your order will be there the next day, and then the next day...

I ordered a black wallet as a Christmas gift for my grandson. First of all he received the wallet late. Secondly, once it was received
It was there wrong item! They sent a tiny red credit card holder!
I called Customer Service several times daily for over a week. I did not get thru!
I was trying to make them aware of this error before we sent it back!
I stood on the line waiting for someone to answer over 1 hour and 37 minutes each time I called!
I still wasn't able to speak with anyone!
I finally began emailing them consistently!
Unfortunately, I still have not spoken to anyone nor have I received a response to my many emails!
Utterly ridiculous!
Do you self a favor and by pass unnecessary stress and agitation!

They steal your money and identity and you will not get anything you paid for. Stay away! They charge you immediately. They never send you anything you paid for. They stall saying they will ship next week, then next month, then as you get mad and ask for a refund they tell you you can't get a refund. Immediately after that you will get emails saying they were all delivered the before you were told they haven't shipped yet. Yeah. Scammers! Fake purses from China that you will never receive. They also sell your identity! Beware!

Ordered 2 purses a whole month before Christmas. Not only did they never arrive, but there is NO tracking number, NO updates and NO communication. Silence. They sure took our money with no problem though. I commented on social media about the poor service and was called three times and yelled at by a Coach rep named Stacey, calling me a "liar" She called 3 times from bogus numbers and harassed us. Shame on Coach for the awful treatment of customers and lack of follow-through. We are done with this sub-par brand. Cant add a photo of items we never received.

Bad experience
December 22, 2020

Ordered on dec. 8, still "processing" in their warehouse, not shipped on dec. 23. The representative assure you again and again "guarantee Xmas" even the items are on back order. Ask them to cancel. They refused.

Terrible Customer Service
December 21, 2020

I placed an order 1 month ago for a present for Christmas gift, I'm still waiting for the bag (3 days now for Christmas). Customer Service is the worst. After 2.5 hrs. My call was answered, and it was the most RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL lady I have ever deal with form customer service. After telling me the same thing I have been hearing for 3 weeks ( as I have been following up on this item for 3 weeks now) and I complained that the item was not going to get to me on time her answer was "well that's not my fault" and hang up the phone. WOW! After this terrible experience I will never buy again in COACH or COACH Outlets

I ordered a bag that never showed and
On top of it, they charged me twice putting me in a negative balance. They hang up on me when I calm customer service for hours. Never again and how do they get away with charging twice?

Okay so I ordered dec 11th this was supposed to be a Christmas gift it is now dec 18th and I have no update the site still says processing I called 12/17 and was on old for 30 mins no answer I then called 12:18 waited 1:30 minutes with no answer this is horrible service and I will never do it again if I don't get tracking by Monday I will call my bank and get my money back this is crazy I literally ordered when they said you needed to to to get it by Christmas and I still don't have an update

Condescending, unprofessional rep. Dont know what they are doing. No answers to questions. Says webpage is down for maintenance and doesnt know why it isn't working. Doesnt know when it be fixed. Doesnt know why my order hasnt had any update for a week. Told me to wait. Then HUNG UP ON ME. Wow. Bizarre. Take the word "luxury" out of your title Coach. Never doing business with this junk.

Called three times about an order that was placed on October 27 and still has not been received. I was on hold for an hour each time I called. My call was actually answered on only one of these occasions. Don't waste your time on this site.

My credit card was charged an extra amount. When I called customer service the first time, the rep was very difficult to understand, and was totally ineffective at handling the problem. Upon hanging up, I found that they had then proceeded to charge one of the orders a 2nd time. Now with two false charges, I locked the credit card. Then two days later I waited over an hour on hold, with no rep handling my problem. I then called the credit card company to dispute the two false charges. Now I have to get a new credit card number because of all of this. Who knows whether the three orders will be fulfilled properly.

Charged my card when I made the purchase. Then charged me again once item was shipped. Stayed on hold over an hour to speak to a CSR. Was told my bank has a hold on my card. I only use this card for shopping, and every other merchant charges the card, then releases the money until shipment is made. They didn't release any money before charging the card again. Was told it may take up to ten days for a refund, when I never authorized them to charge my card twice. Will never order from them again.

I have placed 4 separate orders, I got 2 purses, a tote and a wallet, they showed up each time in about a week, all wrapped perfectly, I looked each bag and wallet over and was very pleased. Not cheap at all. They were shipped from within the United States.
