www.chinaecarts.com are cheaters. They have a nice website, where telephones have comments of satisfied customers. Also have a many youtube videos with comments of satisfied customers. I ordered from them two phones and I paid for express delivery 3-8 days. Phones come in 30 days. Worse however, is that the phones had worse performance than those listed in the shop. Phones were less ROM, RAM, a smaller display resolution and one of them have not the battery. So I got the phone for about half the value. I came to about $ 200. You do not order from them.
I bought a Samsung W2016 Clone, total cost including express shipping and import duties(which I hasten to add they declare as duty free) £260 sterling. Ordered black, received a gold one. It was clearly not new, the back was marked. I emailed them, they suggested a discount off next purchase. I said I didn't want that and would make an official complaint. They then threatened that if I did so they would not provide any backup for the product I had purchased. So, reluctantly I kept the phone. The handset is faulty, the keyboard does not work correctly and effectively it is a throwaway item! Oh how could I get sucked in by this? Well, thanks to their credible website and Youtube video reviews, that's how! Save your time and effort, simply burn your money, it's less hassle and has the same effect!
1. All the reviews are fake
2. I ordered a phone which they said was pretty much identical, BUT it was obviously low quality and you can tell by the looks that it is fake. The internals were different.
3. They won't reply about a refund
4. Redflag is that they only accept less common forms of payment that isn't really protected for the customers to ensure that they don't need to refund you.
Initally several yrs ago they were excellent. Over the last year their services have dropped dramatically. Never get what I ordered. Instead they would send me multiples apple airpods which I never ordered and dont use apple. As a matter of fact I gave away some of the airpods and everyone complained that they were terrible. Beware!
This website got NOTHING right with my order and only gave the option of a bank to bank wire tranfer, which is too expensive. I should have searched for scam referrals about them before I ordered. The item they offered was better in every way compared to others available on different sites, so I fell for the sales pitch. Live and learn. Even the color of the device was wrong as well as nearly every important specification. What I got was a cheap version in a pretty package, which is buggy in operation and weak in signal. Almost unusable as it reboots at the drop of a hat. Obviously I won't spend more money to send it back as they will ignore me and I will not even have the "lovely corpse" they sent as a reminder of my experience. DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE.
ChinaEcarts are also trading under the names of Electronics stores and EstoresChina Ltd.
DON'T get conned by these people, they will advertise something that seems like a good deal, but you WILL receive cheap, unusable junk. You have been warned.
Well, I dunno if I trust this site now... I ordered a Galaxy Note 8 and wanted it shipped by DHL cause it was supposed to be delivered in 4-5 days. Apparently China can't ship items with Lithium batteries out of their country using DHL. So that was a waste of $20 I won't get back... then found out they shipped the phone to the Netherlands to be mailed to me. Which is gonna take even longer to get to me. It's already been 2 weeks and NL post still hasn't received the phone yet... and to top things off, I was checking comments that other people have written about the Note 8 and low and behold, there was a comment that "I" apparently wrote myself, and it was on the date I ordered the phone... I'm guessing the customer comments/reviews on the site are all fake. Makes me wonder if the phones are even as described and they just used videos and descriptions of the real deal to lure people in along with the low prices. Anyways, I dunno if you want to trust this site or not. I'll leave it up to you.
I have been shopping at Estorechina or
I have been shopping at Estorechina or chinacart for several years. Those years I received my entire order and fast shipping. The last 1.5 years I have tried FOUR times, and every time my order was either incomplete or I received something entirely different. And not to mention, shipping was very slow (perhaps due to COVID-19). The previous three time I was told to keep the items and use a code to receive 50% off and reorder. Well each time I got worst, never received what I ordered. This last time, they aren't responding to me. Therefore I want to alert everyone BEWARE.
So i bought a phone by Chineacarts and on the website it looked real good. I had a slight suspicions that it was a scam so i did a recearch on Google... Because i couldn't find anything recent i thought that i was safe. To make the payment i had to do it directly to their bank account instead of paying on the website strange if you ask me. I still payed and it would come in on about 6-8 days. After waiting a while i send them the same question but now it was suddenly 8-12 days... Yeah right. After 8 days i had finally received the package and was really exited. After opening the box i was dissapointed it didn't even look a bit realistic. There were those big black things on the side of the screen, no fingerprintscanner, no 128 gb storage, no 6gb ram etc... I tried e-mailing them after but they didn't react anymore. I maked this fault and am writing this so you don't make the same fault!
CHINAECARTS ARE SCAMMERS!
Paid for Samsung S10+ 5G and received a very poor copy (both phones running an old android versions, both running old MT processors, both only had storage of 16gb and had terrible displays the note 9 had some made up steel stylus that didn't do a thing) of a NOTE 9 and iPhone XS. Said it was the fault of the warehouse and offered me 50% off the correct phone but I had to order it again and keep the 2 incorrect phones. I reluctantly did and they sent it from China via Netherlands even though I paid for EXPRESS DHL Shipping to Australia. Still hasn't arrived after 20days. I then googled the company only to find several trusted review sites with people having the same problem. Learnt my lesson, will never buy from EstoresChina again. Buyer Beware!
This was my experience with the chinaecarts garbage: Bought a 164Euros mobile phone. Received it in poor condition: hard case didn't close well, camera flash didn't work and the wireless reception was very poor. I sent it back for repair as I was told it would be covered by warranty and after 6 months of chat discussions and being lied time and time again I was told that the phone was lost by chinapost. They then said "50-50, pay 82euros and we'll send you a new phone". WATCH OUT THEY'RE SCAMMERS
Got a phone and nothing is OK on it. Paid 240,- USD for Octacore 2,5 GHz processor, 32 GB RAM, GPS...
They sent: an old quadcore a 1,4 GHz, less than 7,5 GB, no GPS working...
Don't trust them.
At the end the told me two options: 1: sending back the device
2: bying one more device for 50% of the price
Completely useless!
Professional scammers! Behind their fancy website and tricky reviews there is a nicely set up trap. I had ordered a clone Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus. Paid additional 16 EUR for DHL services. They accept payment only through Western Union, thus making money refund impossible.
Unfortunately I had placed my order and paid before reading comments in various Tech sites. I hoped that what I read would not come true for my order. Unfortunately from day 2, their representative started some silly excuses. At first, they informed me that DHL was not accepting parcels containing batteries or other flammable liquids and that they would send it by ordinary Post services. I immediately tried to halt the order as I had the good excuse that the shipment would take too long. They said that the item had been already dispatched. They also promised that the dispatch was done from their EU warehouse, thus saving any additional taxes at Customs Services. Following their tracking information, I found out that it took almost 10 days for the package to be released from Dutch Post Office. The truth is that they had shipped the parcel from China, through NL Post Office, which is a standard procedure as I found out. In the meantime, after continuous correspondence, I had their promise in written that they shall refund the money as soon as I return the package to them. After 30 days of waiting, I finally received the shipment and I was requested by my local post office to pay an additional amount of 81 EURO for Import Taxes. I refused to pay and declined pick up of the shipment. I instructed my local Post Office to return the package to the sender. I informed them right away and requested that they commence procedures for money refund. They refused, despite their written commitment in previous correspondence. All they could do is offer a 50% discount in future order. I tried to write my review in their website and then noticed that they had blocked my account. Beware of them. They are true professional scammers.
Chinaecarts, DAMN THIEF, DAMN SCAM. Chinaecarts, DAMN THIEF, DAMN SCAM
YOU ORDER A PRODUCT TO GET A SMALL TOY (GARBAGE). BE CAREFUL AND AWARE OF THESE SCAM
TIAN FEI LIU. ROSE KANG. SCAM!
I had a very bad experience with this company and it's iphone clones.
They did ship a phone to me within a few days, but it was far less standard as what has been advertised. The model they shipped could be purchased for a fraction of the cost they charged.
They did DHL ship a phone to me within a few days, but it was far less standard as what has been advertised. The model they shipped had a 6542 processor, only 5gb memory and not 64gb as purchased, plastic case, and 4. 2. 2 android, the camera was 8 mega from and 2 mega back. You need to run antutu to confirm specification and this is how I was able to identify the shortcomings. Checking the setting from the general/about option report wrong info. Antutu rating was about 11,000 and I was expecting 50,000+
On attempting to return the phone for a refund or exchange, the package was shipped back DHL at my cost, held at customs in china, and the reseller was unable or possibly unwilling to send necessary paperwork to customs to release the phone to be delivered.
A second iphone was then offered at 55% reduction in price. I thought I would try for the iphone 6+ version. This was delivered quickly and turned out to be an even worse spec than the iphone 6 clone. It was at this point I realised that they are total scam site, and 6795 processor does not exit at all. I now have a iphone 6 stuck in customs in china, and a useless iphone 6+.
If there is a phone and if this specification does exist, the reseller needs to now create a video of an antutu benchmark test to prove this product specification exist. Until that happens, buyer beware. Fake phone, not just a clone but beware of the specification being delivered.
I wasn''t expecting the genuine article but I thought I would at least have a functioning Android phone or MP4 player at best.
Despite what they say on their website about testing products twice before they are sent out, they simply don't.
- I paid for 128GB memory and received 8GB.
- The phone is plagued with bugs.
- It crashes constantly.
- Assistive touch doesn't work when you really need it to. Essentially you are using Android apps on an iPhone body, but you need other buttons to navigate around Android apps. You only have the Home button here which exits out of applications, so the phone is completely useless.
- Has problems installing and allocating apps to the memory. I have no idea where the fault is exactly but for some reason the phone has 2 storage areas. Internal Storage of "2GB" and the "SD Card memory of 7.2GB". Despite the extra storage ALL the apps try to install on the Internal Storage regardless of what you select for default storage. I can't even move the apps either.
- I seriously doubt this thing is actually running MT6795 but I can't find a way to get rid of the iOS interface to download software to check.
- customer service number provided never connects.
I asked to return it and they gave me some song and dance about if you send it in the post it may get lost (i. E. they really don't want to repair or replace it). If return postage was such a problem then why bother offering customers an 18 month warranty you have no intention of fulfilling.
Their solution was, no apology, told me to keep the [crappy] phone I paid £200 for and offer me 50% off any other product. Yeah right, like I'm going to let you burn me twice.
Lesson learned.
Never trust any seller who doesn't offer PayPal.
I knew this but got too tempted by the 128GB memory.
Also don't be fooled but the 5 star reviews on this phone on their website. Very few are actual reviews. Most are queries about the product and how to order.
